Went through the drive thru last week and a woman with a color short bush hair style not the cashier but the window food helper was very nasty when I asked for two more extra sauces! Slammed one of the sauces in my hand! And she heard me when I said that! First Time ever experiencing that here. That was very rude of her to do that! My food was great but she needs to be in the kitchen with that poor attitude

Service has gone down as of late. The person taking the order in drive-thru was impatient. For the first time ever, I did not get a receipt nor a napkin.

Used the curbside service. Didn't have numbers on the curbside signage...so had to ask a server for help who was just finishing up with another vehicle. We gave our name and he found our meal but would have been so much easier had the signage been numbered. Otherwise a very good experience.
Staff is rude, very rarely get the sauces you ask for, food is below the standard I get at other local chic fil a's. Do yourself a favor and skip this one, its not worth it.

I have never had a good experience at this location whether it be my fries and bread being stale, my order being wrong, rude staff, and more. I’m a breastfeeding mom with a daughter who has a milk allergy so in turn I am dairy free but for some reason this is the only chick fil a around me that can’t make their chick wrap without cheese because they premake all of them and can’t be bothered to make one fresh.

The food is always great. But it’s very frustrating when ordering. You are asked what sauces would you like. You tell them and you still don’t get it in your bag. Do better for your customers. Also where is the “my pleasure”? Cause we haven’t been hearing it at neither of your 3 locations.
