This store is gross and dirty. This is the fourth time in a row I have been to this store and it is filthy. The tables are dirty inside and outside the floors are black the rugs look like they are fifty years old and there is always clutter on the counters and behind the counter. Also for the fourth time in a row I ordered cake batter ice cream with cookie dough and brownie for my fiancé who’s pregnant. They broke the cookie dough in half and the brownie was in three pieces, instead of it being cut up and broken apart instinsmallmpieces so you don’t just have hard clumps of frozen brownie and cookie dough. I remember when the edgewater location opened in south river colony and it was awesome! My cousin was a manager through high school. They would sing and the service was quick and the ice cream was always good. And the store being busy is no excuse because the one in Hanover that I go to even though I live in annapolis always has a line out the door and it’s a clean friendly quick store rather then waiting 25 minutes when there are two people working and two customers in line. Either way sadly I’ll probably be back because she loves cold stone but I ALWAYS try to convince her to go to brusters or another location which is what I suggest anyone else do. Also whoever comments back as their representative should probably go clean the store and not make excuses.

Best ice cream store i have visited in such a long time they treated me with so much respect and have a very tidy establishment. Apparently the store has been open for awhile but it looks like it was built yesterday, thats how nice the store is!
So, I am very late to the Cold Stone game as I did not eat ice cream for many years. But two weeks ago, I had butter pecan from a different location, and I have been craving it ever since. So, yesterday after my fast I looked up the closest Cold Stone. We drove over and immediately as I came in the door, the glass on the doors was full of fingerprints and floors we’re dirty as well as the counter. I tried to ignore it because my daughter and I wanted Cold Stone, but it looked like either they had been hit by a wave of customers (which would be understandable) or it is not cleaned as properly as it should be for a food establishment. Then, my ice cream definitely had a weird consistency-like it had melted and was refrozen. I was so disappointed.
