I always have an amazing time and experience thru domino's they are always fast and clean. Very nice and fix every mess up I'd it ever happens I have not eaten from any other pizza restaurant other then domino's they got my heart and always will no need for other pizza's I'm set fully on domino's.

I moved to a new neighborhood and received a coupon to use at Domino's. I was having difficulty placing the order online for a large pizza so I called the store to inquire what to do. A female told me they have no training on the online system, so she cant help. I asked her how I can complete the order (thinking she would offer to take the order on the phone) and she told me she had no idea, that she guesses I'm stuck with a medium pizza. I told her that was poor customer service and asked for the mgr. She said she was the manager. I again said that was poor customer service especially for a new customer in the area and she simply said "have a great day" and hung up! Pizza Boli's, Vocelli's, or one of the several small independently owned pizza shops in the area will be getting my business! But Domino's apparently doesn't care. Sad.

I get pizza regularly from the Edgewater Domino’s! Occasionally, I will try different types of pizza but most of the time. I stick to the Brooklyn style or flat thin crust pizza. Most of the time they are pretty OnPoint. Every now and then I just remind them to make sure the toppings are spread out. And that the pizza is not over cooked. There is not much atmosphere as there’s no real dine in area. They are pretty friendly and positive. And willing to correct any mistakes.Parking: Can’t say anything about the vegetarian options as I am not vegetarian, but I do believe they have a cauliflower crust pizza.

This place gave me severe food poisoning. Obviously my food was contaminated, I will not be returning due to the fact of me getting very sick after eating here.

Whatever their website says as far as delivery time, double it. Two hours later. If you'd put that on the website, no one would order! I gave em another chance a year after a similar incident. Bake your own pizza, it'll take less time. Unless you like waiting double the quoted delivery time and enjoy uneditable now card board, this is your spot

The service at the Edgewater Dominoes location never disappoints . They are extremely kind over the phone and even better in person. Everyones knows the butt of the joke is chick-fil- a has the best customer service out of any fast food chain but I think this location has them beat lol! we need more kind spirits like the team at Edgewater :)

Third time in a row there was something wrong but this one is just crunchy. Little burnt. Last time I said something because a pizza was missing they never refunded it. Nice people. Ok food
Most of the time, it’s okay. The times shown are seldom accurate. Add an extra 30-45 minutes to whatever time shown, at least. They also need a better pizza cutter (just lines, never cut) and to be mindful of ensuring they do not give orders to the wrong people.

I ordered the two medium pizza deal, they said it would not cost extra for the pan pizza. I got there to pick up and they said it did cost extra. $7 extra. The manager said, sorry that’s his fault for telling you that, that’s the price…it seems odd that she said it’s their fault but would not adjust.

I ordered six pizzas late last night and had them delivered. The pizzas arrived in exactly 30 minutes and were absolutely perfect. Hot and delicious. They did not last long. Definitely a huge hit at the party for a late night snack. I highly recommend this Domino’s location.
