Do not go there with a party at all (booked for months). We was there for 3 hours and got only drinks and Appetizer. 1 Server vs 30 people..... who does that? 3 hours later we still had no main course. Half of our party had to get their own menus, silverware, and drinks. The alcohol was very watered down. It was cold outside on 3/24/24 and they had the air on 67 blowing right on top of us. It's so much more I can list that was crazy.

The service was absolutely horrible, on 3/13 at 4:30pm we were greeted by the hostess. We asked for a hightop in the bar. She sat us and no one came over. We waited 10 minutes, then got the hostess attention and asked her if we should order from the bartender or do we have a server. She said she would go get the server. Well, we waited another 10 minutes so I walked up to the bar and asked if I could just order from them. At the time the server finally greeted our table. The restaurant was dead. Maybe 2 other tables and then like 10 people at the bar.The drinks took forever to come, it was an overall horrible experience that we will not make the trip back there.

I placed an online order for a well done burger as I am pregnant and receive a rare burger. I clearly put on the order that I was pregnant and it was on the receipt. Luckily I checked it before eating it. I called and the manager said he would take care of it but he did not and I was still charged for the rare burger. I called to speak to someone to receive my refund; however, only the Kitchen Manager was in and he informed me he did not know how to di that so I would have to call back again at 4:30pm to speak to another manager. That will be 3 phone calls to take care of an issue that should have never happened in the first place. How does a restaurant not have a manager on duty who can take care of customer issues until hours after they open. I am highly disappointed in the customer service.

Sat at the bar craving something for St. Patrick's Day! I was on my way to an Irish pub but remembered the Seasonal Faves at Glory Days and I'm SO HAPPY that I stopped here first. My Reuben Sandwich was EXCELLENT and I paired it with a Blue Moon on tap!!! (Not a big Guinness girl..) I'm so glad to have stopped here because it wasn't very noisy and crowded (unlike the Irish pub would've been for sure) and my food came out in no time, hot and tasty- added with my cold beer ... ahhhh .. it was just perfect to celebrate this day!

This was the worst treatment I have ever received from a restaurant. When me and my old grandfather and my family drove a long way to come here we expected good food and decent service. Instead we wasted 50 minutes of our time between driving and 20 minutes sitting at our table waiting for someone to take our order. We were lied to many times that we would be served and she never came. She walked past us many times and said I will be with you in a second but instead she served other tables.The restaurant was so not filled with people or overwhelmed and were not short on staff .When we left the table the staff just looked at us and said nothing .So disrespectful and rude.I DONT recommend coming here.

Stopped by for the first time and got the Mushroom Swiss onion burger. The burger was great I thought but had a few too many onions for my taste so next time I’ll order it with less. The fries were ok but I did wait 15 min when I got home to eat them. Will def go again and try something else.

Stopped here off the interstate on on way home! First time ever at a restaurant where GM came out and introduced herself and provided a sampler platter to first time guests! Bartender David was Amazing! Great service! We will definitely come back when in this area!!

First time, food wasn't all that good honestly. Had the smothered chicken and under the cheese was partially cooked mushrooms with zero taste, literally seemed like they were taken straight from a can and dropped onto the chicken. Mashed potatoes were good and broccoli was cooked as asked. Food could have been warmer when served to us. Wife had a turkey blt, turkey was good and overall sandwich was good. The waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there and was less than friendly to say the least. Not planning on going back again.

Never saw our server once seated and ordered. Had to track down bus boy to get our drinks refilled . Our food came out missing half of it. Had to track down a kitchen crew to get the rest. Took another 10 minutes for sauce. This was on a very non busy sunday. Foods good if you like cold bar food and rhe service SUCKS , NOT GOING TO NAME ANY NAMES JEREMY
