Pizza is great and reasonably priced. I have been a few times. They are never in a hurry, though. It always takes a while to actually get someone to cash me out.

Nice family-run joint with consistently delicious food. The pizza is way better than what you'd get at the major national chains. Pizza, gyros, cheesy breadsticks, Greek salad, fries and cheesesteaks are all solid. Very reasonably priced as well. It can get busy on holidays and weekends. The cherished source of many a satisfying and unpretentious meal to the people of Edgewater and adjacent communities.

Pleasantly surprised! The pizza was really good. So was the turkey sub. I wouldn't order the salad again but everything else was delicious. There is no place to eat inside. Recommend calling ahead.

I’ve lived in Maryland for 2 years , originally from California and I have to say this place has the best pizza in Maryland ??! Not only that , their subs are to die for ! And they are pretty quick , and very friendly , definitely recommend Happy house here in edgewater, even if your out of town you won’t be disappointed, best restaurant ever in my opinion:)
Gyro pizzas are rare in the pizza world and so I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered them on the menu. The first time I ordered I specifically requested the feta be placed on the pizza when it came out of the oven. By doing so, the feta cheese melts on top of the mozzeral retaining its flavor instead of being buried under the mozzerella. Sadly, this was not done but the owner without any hesitation took my pizza back and the feta was added. The pizza had tasty cheese, ample gyro meat and the crust was cooked to a nice brown and was the perfect thickness. Last Friday, I had a large group over and again ordered a gyro pizza, but added a taco pizza and cheese pizza. All three were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. Unfortunately. we ordered 20 wings and they were small and tasted overcooked. The wing sauce was tasty though the prepackaged Ken's Blue Cheese was underwhelming.I would give 5 stars for the pizza and 1 star for the wings. I will add that the pizza has been excellent each time I have ordered and this has become my go to pizza place. Don't forget to order via the Slice App and save yourself a buck or so.

Do you like to pay HIGH prices for cheap, nasty food?! Well if you do, help yourself to the Happy House SPECIAL!!! Order their $9.50 plus tax, small tuna sub with nothing on it but a minute serving of tuna and THAT IS IT! EAT HERE IF YOU TOO WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Unfortunately, the food is not what it used to be. I have always loved Happy House… since I was a kid… but not anymore. I don’t like the increase in prices but that’s happening everywhere. It’s a shame the food won’t keep me coming back. Our family is going to look for a new place.
