I've NEVER had an order come out right at this place, recently walked in and took them 20 minutes to make my sandwich...there was nobody else in the restaurant and they STILL didn't make it right. I made a pickup order the app told me I would take 20 minutes I drove my 20 minutes only to wait another 15 because they hadn't even started the sandwich

Massively disappointed. Walked in to order for take out. Usually I order online and just pick up. Staff in the store are oblivious, stupid, or incompetent. Pick one, two, or three. No recognition of my presence, lots of fidgety people waiting for orders that had clearly been waiting for a while.Just not going back to this store. Really like Jersey Mike's. Do not like this store.

Terrible. Lack of consistency. Definitely don't order online because they do not make the sandwich correct plus they make the sandwiches with less stuff than if you standing there in front of them. Done with this site, will not be going back. Do not recommend.

Something wrong every time I order to the point that I won't go to this location anymore. I love Jersey Mike's but when I pay for something, I want to receive it without a lot of hassle and driving back to the store to make it right. Kind of ridiculous. This is my "large" cookie.

When this place opened everything was great but they have gone way downhill since. We must have ordered every week for months but they started forgetting things, not reading the order, and not even wrapping the sub fully. Bread is bad and usually the wrong bread. It really sucks for such a great location. Management could easily fix these issues by checking over and holding workers accountable. Then they probably don't pay them enough to care. In person is way different than if you order online. They should stop offering that service if not able to do it right without a customer watching over because the manager won't.
Is it too much to ask for a steak sub with no cheese... nothing on it except extra fried onions....5 times....5 times it has come with cheese. I did catch it the 6th time and waited for another one....next time i came in I ordered it to a man who said he was one of the owners and it was perfect. Next time I came in ....there was the cheese ... figure out why your employees keep getting it wrong when an owner or boss is not there , and then let me know and i'll come back.

I don't know if its all of Jersey Mike's or this location but I got a sub in a bowl... For over 10 dollars I got next to nothing. Should have gotten a sub and taken everything off of it and ate it that way. Sadly this was my first and will be my last time at any Jersey Mike's.
