Unbelievable circumstances. Four of us got together for lunch. We had lunch at a seafood restaurant but we were all disappointed. We left that restaurant and went to McDonald's in th he same vicinity. We all ordered the filet fish and fries. I've never witnessed a less productive terribly run business in my life. The manager is extremely rude with a totally careless attitude and clearly it passes down the line. If you use the drive through they are rude and vile on the line they don't know what your talking about when you try order this is every time your made get out and go in to a filthy restaurant to order cos the staff are extremely lazy and when you enter your greeted by 3 to 5 staff sitting around chatting in the dining area asleep on the chairs charging their phones and just chilling in front of customers dining with not a care in the world all the while the floors and tables are filthy the toilets are a disgrace and the manager looks like she couldn't care less. Pretty much throws the food at you. There's two sets of music playing with is disorienting and if you don't use the kiosk you'll need a genie to order your food this is the worst run business I've ever seen and in the few times I've passed by its only been worse. MCDONALDS should be ashamed

Use the McDonald’s app for deals and other rewards!Parking: There are a decent amount of parking spaces around the building but parking can get crowded at busy times making parking annoying. However, there is an empty shopping center parking lot across the street with plenty of parking that can also be used. It is much easier to get in and out of this lot.

Very slow I understand it’s a night shift, but it was not busy just 2 cars myself and other waiting for more than 25 minutes and just 2 drinks. The guy working there looked like he was under the influence of something, he looked mad unprofessional. (I know it’s a McDonald’s I don’t spect a five star service but that’s just not right) they got to check cámaras and managers need to give advice to employees about the job what they are doing wrong.

Service is extremely slow at the drive-thru and they can't get the orders right even after they make you wait 10 minutes for a cheeseburger fries and coke spend extra time going to a different place that will get it right in

Although staff was pleasant the food was not!! FF cold and greasy. Not a full box but that was okay because I think it is time to change the oil. Big Mac was not good. Apparently 4:30 is not a good time to go to MacDonalds.

Never have I been to a McDonald's who won't make a milkshake past 8 o'clock.. who shuts down deserts before its even time for it? I'd understand if it were 10-11 at night but 8 is crazy. You have plenty of workers. Seems like everyone just lazy there. District manager needs to figure this out since the gm obviously doesn't care.

They raised there prices and gave me the wrong sandwich, ordered 1 egg muffin and one sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the gave me bacon and the two sandwiches cost $10.00, not a meal just sandwiches, I looked at the lady and asked her are you sure, she said the prices went up.I AM DONE WITH THIS PRICE GOUGING.

Usually no major problems. Today the lady in the front packing food was sucking on a ring pop. That is just nasty while touching others food.I asked for a refund when I saw her make my drink. Instead of apologizing she said she didn’t touch my drink while holding the ring pop in the other hand and then stuck it back into her mouth.Salvia germs on everyone’s food before Christmas Eve ?
