Sunday was my first time ordering from RiseUp. I really wanted to like them but my fiancé's food was burnt. Everything else came out really good. I saw a review 4 months ago stating the same thing but I thought my experience would be different. I'm willing to give them a 2nd try but, please be aware if you get a biscuit it may be a lil crispy
I ordered the hot jamaican tea on 3/17. It was horribly rancid. It was fermented and tasted like vinegar. I tried to call to complain, but no answer. I saw a sticker on the pitcher that said 2/19. Is this the last time it was cleaned?? A month ago? Why aren't they cleaning containers daily?? And who is checking the quality of their food. It is disgusting to think they're serving the public out of dirty, rancid containers. I hope the Health Department visits regularly. If anyone geta sick, now we know why. I wont be back. Just gross!!

I "liked" this page for a while until today. I went to the OC Rise Up to get a burrito and a coffee. It was 2:48 PM. The barista said the grill was closed and I couldn't order cooked food. I said "The sign outside says the food stops at 3:00 PM." They refused to accommodate me. I left and didn't purchase anything. Either they need to put on the sign that the food stops at 2:48 PM or keep the grill open til 3:00 PM so the customer doesn't get deceived. If they don't correct this problem I won't go back

My favorite coffee place. I love the atmosphere there and the people that work there. They are always so friendly.
I just picked up my online order. I ordered a biscuit sandwich. The biscuit is burnt! Why would you even serve this? The 2nd one wasn’t much better. I ate what I could. It’s bad enough it’s $8.50. With these prices the food should be perfect.Parking: You have to park by the vet if the 4 spaces in front of the door are taken. Very small lot.

Great stop for coffee. They sell whole beans and can grind them there, adjusting based on your brewing method. That level of adjustment was very surprising!Their seasonal flavors are on point and not too sweet. I enjoyed the midnight mocha, it had a blend of three different syrup. Their variety of options, flavored and not, will fit anyone's needs. They can do a great job with the cold drinks - blended and iced.

Haven’t had the food but the coffee is always spot on. A little on the pricey side but about Starbucks rates. The location itself has a little iffy parking/dicey turn in and the interior could use some more character, but it seems like a nice place to stop in to get some work done and not as crowded as the Annapolis Parole Center.Dietary restrictions: Multiple non-milk options and the Mad Egg offers a tofu burrito

My pickup time was 1240, we arrived 10 mins early and my coffee was cold sitting at the counter even though they wrote 1240 pickup time on my cup...it's not as good when your coffee is luke warm when you get it. Now I get to microwave this 6 dollar coffee.
