This has to be one of the worst businesses I've ever come across. My wife and I came here for a refreshment after moving our home goods all day. We showed up at 2 pm on a Tuesday. Lights were on and no one was to be found. It looked open and the sign said they were open. We found two workers in the back area just hanging out saying they were waiting for their manager to return so they could return to work. Just as we were leaving the parking lot, we saw the manager returning with bags of booze. We asked him why they weren't serving and he said they were out of milk and showed us his bag which had a bottle of rum sticking out of it. All this went down while a family with their children were standing there waiting for ice cream... they too were never served. Avoid this place at all costs. I recommend the location in Annapolis if you want Rita's.

Waited in line over 10 minutes only to be told the store was closed and we were not served. We were in line well before closing time but the girls couldn’t be bothered. Very disappointed.

Was in line from 855 pm and staff waited till 905 pm to tell the customers waiting that they were not going to serve them. Felt bad for the father and daughter in front off me who had waited for 15 minutes. Sad ?

The young lady working the counter was super sweet to my little girls! It was a nice treat.
Two words: pup cups. Our dog now knows the route to this place. The Misto shakes are a life saver on a hot day.
