We stopped to eat at Senior's Chile last night on our way home from being out for a couple of hours, so we were really just wanting to sit down and have some good food and visit for a little bit. We were welcomed and seated immediately. They took our drink orders as soon as we sat down. My husband got a bottled beer and I got a fountain soda. My partner and I are huge Mexican food fans - she grew up and SoCal and I grew up in Colorado. Needless to say it is a big part of who we are. We stopped at Senor Chiles around 2:30 pm and I expected it to be your average Mexican spot. My new favorite Mexican Restaurant! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Spicy margarita was refreshing without too much heat. I got the CHORI POLLO FAJITA and my husband got the PLATO OAXACA. Both of our meals were delicious. So many different dishes that sound amazing. Can't wait to go back again. Might try the BIRRIA TACOS next.
