Chicken nuggets that were jerky. If that's your thing go when they're not busy. That's what I got. You'd think that would be the best time but apparently if they aren't busy they just give you whatevers been sitting around for god knows how long. Moral of the story.. only get chicken nuggets if they're busy.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST WENDYS ON THE EAST COAST. I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU. THE WHITE GUY AT THE WINDOW WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I ORDERED A BIGGIE BAG NO MAYO AND A LEMON AID. AS I WAS AT THE WINDOW ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES(BLACK GUY) COUGHING. THEN I HEAR THE WHITE GUY TELLING HIS CO WORKER THAT THE CHICKEN SHOULD HAVE NO MAYO. THE EMPLYOYEE YELLED AT THE WHITE GUY " THATS HOW IT COME SO THATS HOW HE GOTTA TAKE IT. THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF SHOULD BE TERMINATED. WHOM EVER THE OWNER IS MUST DONT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS. SO, HE SHOULD SELL THE PLACE. I ALSO NOTICED WHEN I PULLED UP NOONE WAS IN THE LINE. ALLTHE CARS WERE AT POPEYES CHICKEN. NOW I KNOW WHY. ALSO, THE FOOD SAFETY INSPECTORS NEED TO VISIT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WENDY'S UNTIL THEY DO BETTER. Plus, the rest of the staff in the background laughing.

Not you’re average Wendy's by far. Extremely kind employees and managers. Very professional and fast. Cannot emphasize enough how courteous a staff could be in such a small amount of time. Excellent work.Parking: Parking is great. Only one mobile order spot. Other than that it’s great.

Not the best service. Long wait times especially in the morning. I'm not blaming them I am sure they are short staffed. Perhaps they are overwhelmed. It still shouldn't be taken out on customers. We came for a frosty and a gentleman was standing by the garbage cans and rolled his eyes and threw his hands in the air . I assume he was angry I came for a frosty? Silly me right? Then had an attitude over drive thru speaker. I don't recommend it unless you're desperate.

I would leave no stars if I could. This is my second time receiving horrible food this time I asked for a #1 Burger with no cheese. They said it back to me on the intercom to confirm and I still received an old soggy burger with cheese. I threw it out

This isn't a one time issue. My daughters favorite food is Wendy's and have been coming here regularly over the last 3+ years. The food is always subpar compared to other Wendy's locations and the service is almost always slow and terrible.

Went here at 6 PM on a Saturday, a bunch of teenagers were hanging out in the lobby and the doors were locked. They got a good laugh out of us knocking on the door. Pass on this location.

The frosty was melted, the worker wasn't rude, only the drive they was open (6:30pm). This is par for the course for the past month or so.

Went into the Wendy’s Edgewater location, no staff, only two customers (including me) and I asked the manager can we get some help. She replied, I need to go to McDonalds. I thought that was extremely rude and left immediately, I’m certain I will never go to that location again

This is about veterans day 2022 specifically. This location falsy advertised doing veterans day breakfast, but when you arrive they said they aren't doing it. It's advertised nationwide and locally. If they aren't doing it fine, but don't falsy advertise.

I ordered via drive through an the lady who was taking my order was very pushy an impatient, she rushed me when I wasn't even done with my order. As I approached the window she was rude as can be. I ordered a large chicken sandwich an a large bourbon burger meal. The bourbon burger was made horribly didn't have anything it said it would! An the 2 large fries that comes with it only had a small amount in each! I politely asked the lady at the window for straws an she had a whole b**** a** attitude about it! I'm sorry I will never be coming back to this location!!!!

Never seen a place's drive-thru "go down" as much as this location. The fries are hardly ever fresh and most of the time somewhat warm or they are brunt. It has only gotten worse over the years, never seen any improvement here

This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been in. Trash cans overflowing, restrooms dirty, no clean tables in entire place, all coke products at soda fountain empty, and no straws. Had to eat our meals in our car. Totally disgusting!

Terrible. A Big Bacon Classic- with ONE PIECE OF BACON. No lettuce. Patties were way overdone and cold. French fries had been sitting- cold and greasy. Nuggets- cold. If this was at midnite- maybe. 5 o’clock. Dinner time.I should have known when there was no one in line….. They didn’t give me a receipt. Smart move. No number reference. So disappointing

The women in the intercom asked if so could wait a quick moment before taking my order. Seven minutes passed and no one was in the line, not one person. She never came back and took my order. I saw three to four cars that came up behind me at different times leave. If it was going to be longer than a couple minutes I would have appreciated the person telling the customers that. I had somewhere I had to be as well and wasted time in this line to not be able to get any food without any warning of the approximate time investment.
