The first pizza was so bad we had to throw half of it away bc there was no toppings they said they owed us one bc the manager agreed and said they were training and the next time tell them couldn't bc they have an answering service so this one is raw and barely has any toppings wouldn't order from here anymore and tip 20 percent or more each time wouldn't suggest eating from here they've definitely declined massively ?

Ordered pizza at 5:30 and delivery said estimated at 6:00. Called the store at 6:15 and was told that all the orders were gone and on their way. Get a notification that it’s going to be 7:10, I call the store again and was told there’s nothing they could do. When I told him the pizza was probably going to be cold all he would say was there’s nothing he can do. Pizza arrived at 7:20 and was cold.

Order took forever and they subbed items without even asking; only found out at delivery. Delivery was slow and late. Food was not good, even the cookie was bad. Guess you have to be drunk to enjoy this food.

Show up at 9:31pm. An they say they stop taking carry out at 9:30pm. The website says 9:40pm.Domino's one minute down the road. Has carry out all night, Until 12am. 1812 Pulaski Hwy Unit 4, Edgewood, MD 21040The lady apologized. She said we're sorry we stopped taking carry out at 9:30. Great, you apologized. That's not acceptable for your website being incorrect.

Ordered a large pizza, waited over an hour then just cancelled and ordered from someone else. When canceling the order she didn't apologize and explain what happened she was just like "okay your orders been cancelled. Then 10-15 min after canceling the order a driver shows up with a medium or small pizza (not the drivers fault) idk if their food is any good, but their customer service is terrible..
Generally the worst Papa John's I've been to. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Pizza is extremely inconsistent.

cant get take out after 9:40 yet they're open to midnight don't get why you can't accept an take out order till 11:30 or something as aint that essentially how this store makes their money? by take out orders as their is no in store seating areas to eat your pizzaif it wasn't for the fact the hours make no sense as it's not a case of they're aint anyone to make pizzas after they still take delivery orders and that's about it if they'd accept take out orders till they close it'd be differentcant even use the app to make an order at 9:10 as it just says the store's closed

2/21/23 do not use this place pizza was delivered ON THE GROUND. to an elderly disabled woman. no knock, no phone call, no text... just LEFT ON THE GROUND. Then they tried to blame Door Dash. this place took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE DELIVERY. The disable person didnt contract door dash, pappa johns did. they refused to make it right. FOOD DELIVERED ON THE GROUND.

I would never order from this location. Watc them handle money touch food do not wash hands do not wear gloves. Last night someone touched a pizza in a box no gloves. On their phones they touch food. Let's just say they don't care about the customers.
