I'm not sure what happened or if it was just a bad night. Service was HORRIBLE. Borderline rude. We sat for almost 25 minutes (at 7 pm. on a Tuesday evening) with nothing. No greeting, no drink, not so much as a "I'll be right with you" we were a 3 person table. The table next to us came in 15 minutes after us, were greeted, and served drinks, orders taken before the waitress came to our table. I was ready to leave. My wife and our friend had not eaten all day. We ordered drinks and 2 appetizers, the crab pretzel and onion rings. The pretzel was luke warm, and the onion rings were over fried. The waitress brought our drinks in her arms (yes, 3 drinks held in her arm held to her bosom). We asked the waitress 3 times to take our food order.But wait, there's more! When the table of 4 next to us got their dinner order, the waitress put the serving tray on our table to serve the other table! Again, I was ready to walk out. My wife asked me to give her a few more minutes. 50 minutes into this ordeal, our food arrived. We ate half and asked for boxes and the check. Mind you, the waitress never came to our table for anything, not a drink refill until I asked for the check. Horrible service. The worst is we are regular carry out customers and never had this experience before. Funny part she asked if we were locals.

Heather was an awesome server. She handled quite a few tables very efficiently. The crab cakes were absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be getting them again. Broccoli was fresh and the Cole slaw was yummy. Prices aren't bad either. Very good night.

Went into Pat to purchase a salad for lunch. Cashier asked whether I wanted a large at nine dollars or small at seven dollars. I said large. I asked for four packs of dressings and that they not put any peppers or pepper Cini on my salad but instead throw some extra tomatoes and cucumbers in. She said it would be extra I said OK but did not ask how much. She asked me if I wanted a free soda. I said sure then she rang me up. Somehow my nine dollar salad turned into a $16.42 salad. Very disturbing. Next time I will ask a lot more questions. Not happy with you right now Pats

We ate there yesterday 2/11 for lunch they only had one waitress but that was enough. She worked harder than any waitress I have had since pre-pandemic and did a great job! You have to tip everyone now for anything but did not mind for this interaction left a 100% tip. She deserved every bit of it and hope she knows her effort was appreciated and my family enjoyed the meal.

Food tastes great but the prices are getting insane. It was always pricey for a pizza place but I swear the prices go up every time I order with the portions seemingly going down. I don't weigh it so I can't exactly prove that but when there's a 30-40% price increase you would hope that cost at least buys you the same amount of food if not more.
I love there pasta ala vodka with spicy sausage or chicken, veggie pizza and french fries.

The lady that took my order was very pleasant and was fun to talk to. I've gotten food from here various times over the last few years. If I had anything negative to say it'd be I miss the Southwest egg rolls and the sauce provided with it since it was removed from the menu. But like the random appearance and disappearance of McDonald's McRib...such is life.

We used to order from Pat's at least once a week. I've noticed over the last few months many of our favorites have been removed from the menu and the cost of the items increased as well. In my last order, I ordered a tuna sub. I noticed immediately that they changed their recipe and added sweet relish, ewww! I couldn't even eat the sub, it was so gross. I don't understand why they're changing recipes and removing items that were on the menu for years!We won't be back, we've had enough.

My family and I LOVED this place. We would order once a week. Recently, so many of our favorites have been taken off the menu like Belly buster fries and pizza steak subs. The prices have gone up and quality has went down.The last time we ordered cheese steak subs and there was more bread than anything else. Orders have been consistently wrong as well. We will not be ordering any longer.
