Terrible, waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one made eye contact or spoke to me, they were more worried about mobile orders. Left and went to the drive thru and no cars moved for over 10 minutes, so we left without buying anything.

Can't blame the people that work there especially when they don't have no food to serve how do you go to a place to serve fast food have no burger no potatoes no fries no frosties and still be open very poor management. Don't blame the people at Wendy's the higher-ups not putting the food in their place

Waited for food for 15 minutes, the manager was rude and while she was making the food, she was throwing the food in the bags. She never apologized. Do not go to this Wendy's.

After 30 minutes of waiting for our food and people who were after us getting their orders, we asked for a refund and left. This place is a hot mess. I can see from the reviews that the painfully slow service is not a fluke.

Was pressed for time and tried to order through the drive thru a little after 10:30 am. I was figuring that they had already switched over to lunch and was prepared to order either lunch or breakfast. I was told I would have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to even order because they were "switching over to the lunch menu". I have never heard of such a thing. Talk about poor management and planning.

Worst customer service I’ve had. I order a sandwich with only lettuce and onions which it clearly said on the receipt. Get home and it’s has mayo and tomatoes. I drive all the way back the the window person was nasty about me saying my order was wrong. I ask for another thing of fries because I know mine were cold since I left right back out and the manager wouldn’t give me any. I’m definitely calling corporate.

The absolute longest I have ever waited for "fast" food. 35 mins from pulling up behind the car ordering until we got our food. The guy that was in front of us was still waiting when we left. If it wasn't for low blood sugar I would have left like three other cars did. I didn't help seeing staff standing around checking their phones with zero explanation. Food was good.
