Today my grand daughter and I went for lunch. Upon arrival the very polite Asian gentleman told us it’s a 15 minute wait,we said fine and sat down to wait. 45 minutes later we finally got seated..we waited patiently for our server.20 minutes later I stopped a server and asked if she knew who our server was. She said I am but I have 3 tables before you. Now I look at my grand daughter, she says let’s leave and we did. I was totally disappointed and sad for the lack of service received. If the staff knows this is going on they need to let the patrons know…we wasted over an hour with out an acknowledgment,we understand businesses are short staff,but you need to be more open and honest with your patrons. I told several people in the parking lot as they were heading in, and they left..this has always been our go to restaurant, but now we’re rethinking our options.. Hope you can get back to the way you were,fast,friendly and good service and food. Good Luck!

We went for dinner after driving 1.5 hours for an errand. We had our 4 year old and 4 month old with us. We got seated immediately. Our drinks came out relatively quickly. We ordered pretzel sticks. The waiter did not come back. We then saw multiple tables get sat and order. Finally I went up to the hostess stand and said something. Our waiter came back to the table and took our order. He mentioned the kitchen staff was being slow when I asked about our pretzels. About 15 minutes later our pretzels came out hot, and immediately followed by our entrees. I cut into mine and it was wrong. my husband's was wrong. at this point I asked a nice woman walking by if she was the manager and she was. I told her I normally don't complain but something had to be said. We had two small children. She stated she would take our appetizer and my meal off our bill. I know restaurants are short staffed - but there was enough wait staff for the amount of people in the establishment. I feel our table was bypassed. I will say the manager was extremely friendly and apologetic and took care of the issue for us. 45 minutes to get our pretzel. 1.5 hours total I do not recommend but cant change it
