Every other time I order the carbonara pasta and all ways come very dry not even much sauce and barely ingredients phone website don’t allow to put extra ingredients, anyways is not excuse but small dish plate $10.50 so

I ordered 2 pizzas, a 2L coke, and the garlic bread bite things. The staff were busy and seemed understaffed while they were working on a number of orders. All was fine and I expected it to take maybe a little longer than normal which is fine. One of the employees boxing the pizzas asked for the name of the order to which I gave my name. From there I proceeded to wait an additional 10-20 minutes before I walked back up and asked about my order. From there it was handed to me after it had been sitting on the ready rack already boxed and tagged as my order. I don’t understand why he even bothered to acknowledge my order and then proceed to box it without letting me know. I understand that they are under staffed but the guy who was boxing my order took my name and just never bothered to let me know. Thanks

They said they delivered the pizza at my door and they never did. They were rude and I wasted 35.00. They would not refund my money and I will NEVER ORDER FROM THE ELKRIDGE store again!! Btw, it was a contactless delivery.
The pizzas we got her had huge air bubbles. And whoever sliced the pies did a terrible job - none of them were cut all the way through.

Service is always great but the concern/reason for this review is proper hygiene/food handling protocol for making the pizza and checking customers out. What I mean by that is the worker today did not have on gloves while making the pizza (not my order), then touched a button, touched my boxed order for pickup, touched the register and then to go back working on the order they were working on prior to me entering the store is not ok. I get the national staff shortage issue affecting businesses but I do not think that should impact basic hygiene standards. Please train and remind your staff of food preparation and handling protocol. TY

Just had a terrible experience. Food took roughly an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. At an hour I called to check in and was told rudely that the driver was on their way, and then hung up on before even being asked who was calling.I followed up again just before he arrived and was hung up on. The pizza then arrived cold.

It took them 23 minutes to even put my pizza in the oven from time I ordered. On a random Thursday at like 7pm. I have no problem with places being busy these days, but if you're going to estimate delivery of 28-38 minutes, don't take that long to just get it in the oven. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was going to take that long when I live a mile from the store. It wasn't even hot when it got here 75 min later. I've never been impressed with this location and it sucks it's the closest one because Dominos is our favorite chain pizza delivery. This chain just needs some work.
