waited 25 min for 3 drinks. gave me a macchiato with zero espresso and only hot foam and flavor. then admitted the machine was't working. never going there again

Stopped there this morning and come to find out the lady that serves me was Fired.... WOW !!!This place really sucks... She was very nice and she had No help in the mornings ,she did the best ahe could ... As of now I am Boycotting this Establishment!!!!!! They will not get my business .. I'm also gonna advise my Bldg not to go there. What I can't understand is that the Dunkin donuts in Elkridge has an Army of workers there first thing in the morning yet the lady at the Troy hill location had No Help !!!!! Both owned by the same Ruthless People... ... WE WANT HER HIRED BACK !!!!! WE ARE THE CUSTOMER AND WE WANT HER BACK AND WITH ADEQUATE HELP LIKE THE ELKRIDGE LOCATION!!!!!I MYSELF AND OTHERS WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE REGARDING THIS MATTER!!!!!!Malin R Kennedy

This location has absolutely terrible service in the mornings. The employees continuously get orders wrong if it’s even complete and they have negative unwelcoming attitudes as if it’s a complete hassle to be doing their job. And good thing this location doesn’t have a drive-thru. They have a ton of people working behind the counter but can’t even keep up.

Ordered a dozen through the app at 8:40PM. Got there around 8:52PM and rushed to get there because the store closes at 9pm. They saw me trying to get in but they already started cleaning and had the two doors locked/connected so people will not get in. Had to try to open it 3 times for one of the workers to finally come and talk to me THROUGH the door. Told me I could not pick it up because they ran out of donuts. I said ok and wanted to get a refund and they told me they also cannot do that because the manager was not present so I would have to call them tomorrow so I said ok and left. I called them this morning and apparently the person who picked up the phone was working last night and that they did have donuts so would not make sense for them to turn me around last night and that I had to come in with the receipt to ask for a refund.I was able to get the refund by calling Dunkin's customer service.I also worked at restaurants and chains in the past so I understand the frustrstion of getting orders near closing time but it is not acceptable to treat people with such disrespect and lies. They ignored me on purpose initially and turned me away THROUGH the door. They did not even try to open the door. I know they saw me parking in their spot and getting out of my car. Would drive extra miles to go to other locations. Extremely rude customer service. To whomever closed the store on the 8th of Feb, thanks a lot for my wasted time, trip, gas, and for lying straight to your customer.

Love is the answer

I ordered a caramel Iced coffee with 3 extra shots of caramel topped w/ cookie butter foam and a bacon egg croissant. My order was delicious but the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced since being in Maryland. Before I placed my order, a customer ahead of the customer in front of me, spilled part of his drink on the floor and the employee that was taking the order helped him clean it up which was great but after he finished with that customer, you could see the irritation in his face. I completely sympathized with him until it came time for me to order and he was extremely rude to me. I was trying to get clarity on something that I was ordering & he completely cut me off and as he talked over me he read the different type of coffees (which had nothing to do with what I was trying to ask him) & aggressively asked which one I want. I had to explain to him that I understand that he was frustrated about what happened prior before me but I wasn’t the one who slipped the coffee he had to clean up and didn’t deserve how he was treating me. After, I asked my questioned and I continued with my order that I was completely rushed through. I understand mishaps but no customer should be handled the way I was this morning especially seeing how what happened had nothing to do with me. I asked for the employee’s name but couldn’t understand clearly. I think he stated “Hue”.

Today I stopped before work attempting to try the new holiday menu. The lady standing in the front seemed frustrated and not very friendly. The line was not long however my coffee took almost 15 minutes and the coffee was not done properly at that. Will not be returning. Attached is a picture of my drink 1 minutes into recieving.

Partaking in Dunkin's Free Medium Coffee week, I stopped at numerous Dunkins & found this location to be the most delightful. Though they are a walk-in shop, no drive thru, my experience was quite plesant with the two kiddos in tow- we arrived to friendly attentive staff- quick service- and a correctly made drink- the location was easy to park, super clean inside, and everyone was delightfully welcoming. My coffee was made exactly as requested, was nice & hot, no qualms! Would visit again.

I go here every few months to see if the situation has improved at all, and it never has. I went this morning for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and when I sat down at work to eat it, the bottom of my sandwich was so burnt and charred that I had to take the bottom completely off. It essentially just crumbled and disintegrated in my lap. I can see that the employees are often left short staffed or with staff members that are not properly trained. It is exceedingly rare that I have a good experience at this Dunkin, and that's coming from a Dunkin lover. The last good experience I had here was ordering two black iced coffees - which just need to be poured into a cup with nothing else added.

Breakfast sandwich tasting really nasty, I bought 2 of them and they both were the same nasty food and I also got a vanilla ice coffee which came out to be the worst in my life I end up paying over $15 for those 3 things and I had to throw everything in the trash (something I almost never do) but this food was that bad.. will never come back to this specific Dunkin.. other Dunkins have served me really good food.Finally as an advise DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but this time I must. I ordered a bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese and when I left the store I thought that's what I had (considering I have never had any issues when ordering a bagel). When I was ready to eat my bagel I discovered that there was no cream cheese on the bagel and a small pack in the bag. I was thoroughly upset. I checked my receipt to ensure that I placed the order correctly and sure enough I did. The inconsistency in service and the food that you is perplexing to me. Definitely not sure if I will be returning to this location because there is always an issue with getting the order right.
