Ordered food and found out only AFTER paying for and placing the order that they use doordash for delivery. Since when did pizza places stop using pizza delivery drivers?? Anyway, Dasher came, pizza was crumpled like he smashed his braked and the pizza slid. He also told a tale that the store ran out of the drink I ordered so he couldn't bring it. I called the store to get a refund and she says the soda was left by the Dasher and thY she could only give me a credit. I did not want a credit, but a refund. She said that was not possible at all..How?!!!! I said can you bring me the drink then? She says, "it'll be a while, but sure." Needless to say I never received the drink. When you call the store it just rings or goes to a call center.. CRAZY!! The prt that's angering the most is that they will surelyPlace MY drink that I paid for back in their fridge and sell it AGAIN to the next customer. So paid twice for the same soda. I called Doordash about my crumpled pizza. They said since I ordered through PJs they couldn't do anything. PJs won't do anything either!!!! Upset is an understatement. This was my 1st time ordering PJs in YEARS and I will not EVER do it again. How can you make me pay for delivery when PJs isn't even delivering???!! Now when rhe delivery goes wrong, I'm screwed?! Hope you all have better luck!

DoorDashed pizza from here and the pizza showed up all messed up and when I called to get credit back so I can order a new one they told me they did not see my order. Just wasted 30 dollars on messed up pizza and doorDash will only credit $10 lol don’t waste ur time like I did don’t get pizza from this

I came in and placed a to go order when I received my pizza the box had a lot of pizza sauce all over the outside of it .. very unprofessional...if you make a mistake and dirty a box going to a customer why not just fix it and change the box?

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Pizza was burnt, cold, and oddly formed. my boneless "wings" were soggy on arrival. Absolutely horrid. Please fire everyone including the driver that took their sweet time after leaving a 25% tip! The worst pizza shop ever.

My pizza came very undercook and had dough pulls instead of cheese pulls. I called and put in another order and the second one came after an hour wait with the same exact issue. I’ve had other Papa Johns miles better than this place. Do not order from here.

Papa Johns is one of my favorite pizza chains, mainly because of their garlic sauces. They are usually very consistent and I haven't had any issues with this location (yet). Ordered delivery around 5:40pm and it arrived less than 30 minutes later. I selected no-contact but they must have not seen that as I had to grab the pizza from them instead of them leaving it at my door (understandable, probably did not want to put the pizza box straight onto the floor since there's nothing to put it on top of - I live in an apartment)I ordered a Large 3-topping pizza (part of their specials) with spicy italian sausage, mushrooms, and onions. It was still hot when we received it with the perfect amount of toppings, cheese, and sauce. The only con was that they often slice it poorly (not fully cut, uneven slices) but not too big of a deal.I also ordered extra garlic sauce and spicy garlic sauce, along with a side of their jalapeños. Jalapeños come is a tiny container for its price, so might just be worth it to buy a jar at the grocery store. They gave us extra pepperoncini, which was nice. I want to try their garlic stuffed crust next time!

Two attempts at carry-out during off-peak hours. The first time, my order which was scheduled for pickup later was made immediately, causing me to have to drop everything to get to the store so I could minimize the time it spent sitting on their hot rack; as it turned out I shouldn't have rushed, as the pizza was undercooked (still edible, but cheese not completely melted).Gave them another shot a couple weeks later, this time waited to order until I actually wanted it. Once again the food was quickly made & ready for pickup at the estimated time, and this time the pizza was cooked perfectly...but the stuffed crust pizza I ordered turned out to be "stuffed" only with pizza dough.I'll give the second star because they were quite prompt on both occasions (even when I didn't want them to be), and service at the pickup counter was also fast and friendly. But I won't be ordering there again.

Used to work here and I can say that it's a very clean organized store with good management they practice FiFo method very well and pizza are very good would recommend .
