I was interrupted four times while trying to make my order by the girl taking my order. She just walked away and went back to the prep line to talk to the people that couldn't get their job done. I ordered using the mobile app...waited 5 minutes then drive to the store. Identified my mobile order at the drive through teller...waited 10 minutes for my turn at the window. Arrived at the window. They didn't pull my order from the mobile ordering machine...hadn't even started. 6 cars behind me. I yelled at them and told them to refund my order. I complained using their mobile app. What a joke.

ZERO!!!If I could give a zero!!!!!!!!!!!I had to come to this location because a closer location didn't have what I wanted...big mistake! They forgot my food and then treated me as if I ate it. Nooooo Ma'am I had to drive home and realize you didn't give me what I ordered. Then to assume I don't speak multiple languages and begin to say you think I'm scamming via Spanish. Horrible service and the fix was worse!The manager is rude and unprofessional!!This should have been handled better.And mop the lobby floor, nasties!

Placed mobile order because it takes forever to get waited on. Got to location still waited 10 minutes to get food. Staff barely interacted with the customers including myself & if you asked for anything they acted like it was an inconvenience to them.

ZERO stars! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. What I received was an overcooked over-charred grilled chicken sandwich and a side order of dried out crusty mac and cheese. Do not waste you time with this place. They've messed up my order too many times.

This Popeyes is terrible. I live close by and have been coming here since they opened. They have gone downhill consistently over time. My son enjoys the food but the service is always horrible. They rush you in the drive thru only to mess up your order or forget items in your bag. On top of that their management is just as bad and literally told me not to come there if I have issues. They are all rude and with leadership that is also rude and under qualified I understand why. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location.

OK, it's Popeye's. They serve fried chicken. The rest supports the fried chicken. When I buy chicken I expect it to taste like chicken!I bought their much publicized Chicken Sandwich.This was a test as to whether or not I would come back to purchase the 16 or 20 piece family meal with all the trimmings.MAJOR FREAKING FAIL!!!!!!Sorry, if I wanted fried chicken that tasted like FISH I would have screwed it up myself!Folks, no matter what moron told you, YOU CANNOT FRY CHICKEN AND FISH IN THE SAME OIL AND NOT HAVE THE CHICKEN TASTE LIKE FUNKY FISH!!!!!!Guess what, I won't be back!Six bucks or so for an Inedible chicken sandwich - nope! I'll go elsewhere. I gave the two stars because although the staff was nice, I shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes for a very subpar sandwich.Manager replacement, please!!!

This one time I ordered some tenders and asked for 2-3 dipping sauces to go with it. When I got my order I thought there was only 1 dipping sauce in the bag so I went back and asked for another. The guy was like Oh sure! Here you go! Super helpful and friendly about it. Then I got home and took everything out of the bag and I saw that there were already 3 dipping sauces in the bag so now I have 4. The employee clearly knew I was in the wrong asking for more sauce but they still helped me and gave it to me anyways. ? Pretty good Popeyes. 10/10 service

Avoid this location! Ordered and paid for an 12 pc family and only received an 8 pc. I tried calling the store and it seemed like the phone is cut off. Bunch of thieves working here!

I'd almost given up on Popeyes because of greasy chicken and dirty facilities. This place was a gem. The chicken skin was light and crispy, someone was in the dining area either mopping or picking up most of the time I was there.
