Unfortunately, my recent visit to Rita's was quite disappointing. I arrived right before closing, only to find that the establishment had already put everything up and turned off the machines. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. When I inquired about being served, the response was far from friendly or apologetic. The girls seemed indifferent and unbothered by the inconvenience caused. It's a shame because I've always enjoyed Rita's, but this experience has left a sour taste. I hope this is just an issue with this location and not a company wide issue. I will not be going to this location again.

It was clean the team was working hard to keep up. The store could have had one more person working making 3 team members. Everytime a to go order came in online one of the two came off the line. This meant those of us waiting had the line jumped by these orders. Always an issue of mine. Still the guys were great and the treat was wonderful.

Italian gelato and custard are delectable desserts. Their custard is so rich and creamy and a pleasant alternative to the artificially flavored frozen milk dairy dessert. The ice flavors that you can mix are unique and flavorful. I enjoy the combination of mango ice and vanilla gelato. It is excessively pricey.

Pretty good selection and close to home.I dropped in a few weeks ago on a Friday night. And the younger staff members seemed to think it was appropriate to have a gathering of friends and family come visit to bring food and take over the only counter space for CUSTOMERS. Apparently by their comfort it was a reoccurring thing.Also a few times this location closed without any public notice and nothing stating it on line. So it caused me a few wasted trips. Other then that all was well.
Can't go wrong when you have a sweet tooth going. It always busy so line could be long.

He ordered Swedish Fish and I ordered the Mango. Tasted amazing as usual. Terrible terrible hill to walk on. Rita's will always have a special place in my heart. Swedish fish gelati is my personal favorite. They have a different assortment of flavors everyday with 1 sugar free option, so check on the website to make sure they have your favorite before you go! The place looks very clean.
