Dined in and I really enjoyed the food. Got sushi and beef & chicken hibachi. The sushi tasters really good. And hibachi was tasty and filling. Would definitely recommend.

Great, fresh sushi and fast service. They can usually get you sat right away but sometimes lunch is a busy time. They also include a free soup and mini appetizer with your meal as well. The hot sake also completes the meal!

I like eating here and any of the other branches of Sushi Q because you always know what you're gonna get if you dine in: miso soup, sushi, and a small cheesecake dessert in a consistently clean/ minimalist space. It's not the fanciest sushi in the area, but sometimes I just want to eat a whole bunch of eel avocado roll and that's what I can get here fresh and affordable. I like to dabble here and there with some of their specialty rolls, but they do my favorite kind so well. Service is scientifically efficient and food can take a little while to prepare, but I'm not usually in a big rush. There's always a line out the door for online/mobile orders. When dining in, there's hardly ever a wait even though it can get crazy busy during dinner. They also have good lunch specials here. We will be back for more.

I was excited to try this place and the menu looks fantastic - about a ga-zillion rolls to choose from. Service was great but the food? Not-so-much. The Ginger scallop specialty roll (wrapped in pink soy paper) was gorgeous but had a fishy taste and I am not even sure those really were scallops - sliced paper thin and little "chips" of fishy-tasting cooked "scallops". For $15 - I actually could not eat it. I ate 2 of the 8 maki pieces and left the rest. The sushi chef was funny and entertaining. They also comped me a tempura crabstick appetizer and a sliver of cheesecake (did not ask for these). Lots of gloppy sauces hiding not-the-best-quality fish. Very Americanized. Frozen tamago (not unexpected). I would not return here. I really wanted to love it, but I just didn't.

I love Sushi Q in Elkridge MD. The sushi is consistently good. I no longer live in Anne Arundel Co, but I have no problem driving down there to get sushi. My favorites are DaBomb Roll, Eel Crunchy Roll, and Shrimp Tempura Roll.
We love their food and have eaten here for years. Recent experiences did not disappoint.However, without a changing spot or highchair that safely buckle, we have realized that they are family friendly (at least not until kids are older). This place is always satisfying. I walked in, ordered and in less than 20 minutes my food was ready. The staff are welcoming and helpful. This place is always a great start to my weekend.
We used to love this place, but the quality of their rolls have changed. Now thryare pretty bland with too much rice. They used to taste more fresh. Sad about the quality change over the last few times.
