How do you mess up a cheese with half pepperoni pizza? Venice has managed to do it. For calling themselves a "reliable restaurant", it is unclear how they meet this bill. After acknowledging that the order was wrong, the staff did nothing to remedy the problem. Would recommend going elsewhere.

If I could give Venice 3.5 stars I would. The pizza is average Maryland pizza (a little thinker crust and the cheese has a rich flavor). I prefer NY/NJ/PA pizza. Their wings are better than their pizza, and subs are better then their wings. Don't plan on eating there, definitely a pick-up or delivery place.

I am still trying to find the perfect pizza and sub delivery place. This is definitely not it. I tried Venice on an old recommendation. I ordered pizza and a cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was severely under seasoned. A little salt and pepper go a long way.

You're better off ordering from someplace else, these people don't know how to run a pizza place at allSimple order, a weeknight. Was told delivery would arrive in 45min. An hour and 30min later, I decide to call and make sure everything is ok. They say the pizza is out for delivery but can't tell me when it left the store. Apparently they save up a few orders and send them out all at once. Wonder why no one else does that....I get a call later and delivery guy tells me he's here. I look out my window and he is across the street waiting in his car. It takes me 5 minutes while standing outside my house on the sidewalk for him to understand that he needs to turn around and look behind him. He grabs the pizza from a passenger in his van (no carrier bag) and passes it over. Pizza is cold, bread already feeling stale. If this was a budget pizza place, I might understand this level of not caring about your customers. But considering I paid the same price as any normal chain, I expect it at least to be hot when it hits my door.Called to let them know my pizza was late AND cold. I was told that they will take down my number and give me a whole $5 off my next order. What a joke. Keep the $5 because you're not getting another cent of my business.

Steak sub was bland ,no flavor .Was a frozen steak um. Heard good things but very disappointed. Steak sub only had meat in middle of roll,both ends were nothing .Won't be going back !

Venice is absolutely our family's go-to pizza spot nearby. The pizza is always hot and fast. We also recommend the wings, Italian salad, and the subs. Let Dominos sit this one out and try this local spot.
Ordered from here twice and both times we found the crust to be good but the ingredients low quality and kind of stingy. If they found a better supplier and put on more toppings, it would definitely be a spot worth going to.Parking: Park at the Dunkin Donuts.

Solid pizza. Good sauce, plenty of cheese. Wonderfully sized slices.I liked the cheese steak. I think it had mozzarella, but the roll and meat were good.I think it's pretty cool that there are pick up prices, that makes dinner really affordable.

Ordered room service from hotel room. Food wasn't very good. Price charged for each items was way more then listed on menu. Example Garden Salad listed $10 charged $16. Never again.
