I am a huge fan of Arby's. Been eating arbys since I was a little boy. I was part of the original crew that was hired when arbys first opened in Elkton. I no longer work there but continue to eat there. I was highly disappointed today. I ordered online and got the specials that were being advertised (classics for 4 dollars). I was in the burger King parking lot when I ordered, just 2 minutes away. I arrived and went in and got my order which was ready. The food was cold, the buns on the 2 sandwiches were old. The bread crumbled when you held it and bit into the sandwich. The meat tasted like they just cleaned the slicer. I know I was getting discounted food today which is wonderful but did not expect the quality of the food to be discounted. Very disappointed, was looking forward to a great meal but turned out to be very poor in quality.
