I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and they always provide amazing service. They go above and beyond for the customers. They are very friendly and personable. They just opened a new location near my home but I will drive the extra minutes to go to this location. Truly grateful for all the staff and management especially Jasmine and Daniel!

On the website and on the door, this chipotle opens at 10:45 AM. I got there at 10:50 and The door was locked I proceeded to wait 5 to 10 minutes outside in the cold thinking they were going to open the door for me. When they finally did open the door, they didn’t say “sorry” or “were running late today” or anything they just acted like my time is worthless. Open when you say you’re going to. Get to work on time so you can be open when you say you will be.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I recently ate here twice in one week. There's no consistency. Picked up lunch on a Tuesday, everything was good from the service to the food. Came back on Friday night to pick up dinner for 5 adults, and everything from the service to the food was awful. They forgot my wife's meal and I had to go back to pick it up. Then, when I got there, no one would come to the drive thru window, and I even called, and no one answered the phone. All this took place at 7:30 pm. So, I parked my car and went in. To my surprise, there was NO food being cooked on the grill, which definitely means whatever meat choice I made was gonna be dry and cold AF! There was a huge mound of tortilla chips on the counter that the server said were fresh, but I ate a chip before leaving the parking lot, and they were cold and chewy AF! Just don't waste your time or money here.

Just flew into town and was hungry lol. This was hard to find for me. It's not in your face or well lit at night. Food was okay. Service was standard, they were nice but a little too much playing around. Seemed kinda young. Probably wouldn't go back ??

I actually stop going to the Chipotle in Elkton about 8 months ago, because the portion size of the bowls were small and you were still hungry after eating. Not only were the bowl size smaller they were always out of vegetables and low on other products. However, I decided to give them another try and was very disappointed, they still have a portion size issue and the guacamole has changed and it taste like store bought, not freshly made. They dump/mix old food on top of the food that is in the warmer in front of the customers. Other locations always remove the food containers and replace it with freshly cooked food already in containers. I was so gassy and this has never happened before. This will be my last visit to this location.

I have ordered from here about 5 times and I have yet to receive a correct order. They miss an item/ingredient EVERY time.
We had the soft tacos chicken with brown rice, black beans, salsa, sour cream, lettuce. You get 3. We ordered again the other day. The usual 9.95 each you pay today for stuff.
