Their cheesesteak pizza has been my favorite pizza for decades. I ordered some food about an hour ago and the food wasn’t satisfactory. I wrote a review on here and within 10 minutes, someone called me and remedied the situation.I’m beyond impressed. They would get 5 stars from the previous instances I’ve had with them. Their food is amazing. That being said, customer service is on par with how delicious their food is. A++ restaurant

Really really wanted to like this place but every single time I place an order they get it wrong. Always have nice delivery drivers or I’d have rated it a 1. I love French fries - but only well done. We check that box EVERY SINGLE TIME and in 2 years they’ve never gotten it right. May be easy to say - that’s no big deal - why complain about that?? Because when I order and PAY for something that is exactly what I want. Candidly the fries today were so undercooked it wasn’t edible. Nope - didn’t call the owner - because I shouldn’t have to - just make the food the way I requested - guessing you wouldn’t have liked it if I didn’t pay you correctly.

The restaurant is quiet and well lit with smooth jazz playing every now and then, unlike most pizza restaurants, and the food is very good, they have the best garlic nots in town. The service is great, refills when you need them and great communication. I suggest getting the mega fries.

very very DISAPPOINTED ☹️They are good for basic Italian specialties and usually never had a problem.I am a regular customer and spend a good amount of money with them.Today was different. Ordered the supposedly homemade baked penne pasta. It was sloshed into oversized round container with only half the cheese on top and it was very runny. A monkey could have done better ??Plenty of other places to get basic Italian ???I called to let them know about this and they didn't even offer to make it right ?♀️?♀️?♀️

I ordered lunch special of 2 slices and a drink listed on menu board for $5.50. However, price given was between 7 and 8 dollars. I didn't order fries or any sides. But other than that, everything was very good. Single slices are very large and at least double the size of slice out of a whole pizza. I ate on casual dining side and staff friendly and very clean eating area (all tables were clean and free of trash).

Highly disappointed with the way that the owner has handled a very serious situation & even though we’ve always had positive experiences here,recent reviews have caused us to never want to return again. The reviews are reason enough but the way the owner has handled the situation is the main reason we probably won’t ever be back.This restaurant has been made aware of the reviews & they said that they were unaware of what people had been saying & gave a very generic response when being informed of the reviews. So that means they don’t read these reviews & see what their customers are saying.Months ago someone said they witnessed an employee spitting in a customer’s food & another review claims that this restaurant has rats. Those are heavy allegations & whether they’re true or not,I’d expect the owner to be responding to those claims.The fact that they don’t care enough to say anything doesn’t help the issue at all. It makes it worse. What was once one of our favorite places to eat at is now somewhere we probably won’t ever return to.
