The staff here always take good care of me. This store has definitely stepped their game up since first opening a few years back.I usually order about $20-25 in food & drinks thru the app, and they always get it right. Food is hot & fresh. Drinks are made correctly. This is my go-to Dunkin, and thankfully only a short drive from home.

Literally the worst location I've ever been to. Gave it several tries. Drive thru. Order thru app. Walk in. Not a single time have they made a drink right. After a year or so my wife stopped it and guess what?? Once again our drinks were not made right. Just fire

I had the best service this morning from Nika I hope I spelled it right but she was super kind and had great service I called to replace some of the food items that were wrong and the man who answered the phone was also extremely kind and professional I’ll definitely be coming back!

Drive through worker shut the window on our face immediately after us pulling up. She thought we cut in line. We could not explain that the mic wasn't working before she said to get back in line and walked away. If I caught her name tag I'd probably have called it in because the whole ordeal was beyond rude.

Went to the drive through window we were only car there in line . Never acknowledged to place our order after 5 minutes got frustrated and left as we drove past the window employee on phone with other worker in a huddle. This location is known for the poor service and time it takes for orders. Avoid this location if on a time crunch because you will be waiting. Very poor service wish they can step the game up I'll drive extra distance to get better service

Honestly it’s been a disappointment every time I order lattes, cappuccinos, etc. they all taste so bad it’s literally straight milk and it’s a big waste of money. I don’t think they put any efforts in making the drinks taste a little bit like coffee. The service is horrible most of the time, they get mad when you ask for anything. Not recommending wasting your money in that location at all.

Visited on 7/18/23 at around 12:20pm. Staff was not friendly and were more focused on being on their phone and talking amongst themselves. The bathroom was dirty and we asked if someone could clean it and they said they would let their manager know and they never did. Made me not want to spend my money here and took my business elsewhere. Definitely not a great experience. Will not come again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am on a long road trip and I’m need of coffee. I had already pulled off the highway for another Dunkin’ that was closed. As I went further down my gps said this Dunkin’ (Belle hill) was still open. I pulled up and was screamed at through the window by 3 associates. Screamed at. It was 8:28pm and the door was already closed. Really shocking and disappointing. I did not even roll down my window or attempt to speak to them however I was still screamed at.

This location is usually great but I went by tonight and was really disappointed. Their hours says 5am to 9pm on Saturdays, so I placed my order at 7:58 on the mobile app and pulled into the drive through at 8:03 only to get the "we're closed" automated message. At least they shouldn't accept mobile orders when they are closed. And they should update their hours. It was very sad.
