1/2 dozen donuts crammed in a small white bag. What happened to 1/2 dozen boxes? Just cram a bunch of types in a bag so now all 6 have the same stuff on them instead of having 3 different types. Ridiculous

literally a joke ???? the employees are both stupid AND rude. line is always wrapped around the building because they're incompetent and miserable. save yourself the trouble of dealing with degenerates and go to Starbucks across the street

Just bought a box of hot chocolate for $22.99 + tax it is supposed to be 10 cups in it. It only had 7.5 cups in the box and the donuts were cold as ice, and has a tip jar right at the drive-thru window. Thanks for a terrible experience. I will not be a repeat customer at this location!!

I had the best service this morning from Nika I hope I spelled it right but she was super kind and had great service I called to replace some of the food items that were wrong and the man who answered the phone was also extremely kind and professional I'll definitely be coming back!
3 times in a row I've been here and they've managed to screw up the simplest order. Med coffee 3 cream 3 sugar. Always get just 3 cream somehow. I order a donut with it occasionally and I never seem to get it. How is this location so bad?

This dunkin stinksThey always fill your cup so it goes all over your car.( even when asked not to) when the drinks not right they don't give money back. When it has no taste. Also paid for my friends drink when she was behind me. She had already paid when she told me I went back with reciet. But the manager told me I was wrong. So do not pay for anyone's drink. Because they just keep your money. Belle hill is awesome. But elkton stinks. Put the other eord. But it kept putting socks

Worst DD in Elkton, this is not the first condescending, rude, arrogant remark ive received from this horrible buisness. Sat. Aug. 19 2023 the female twot that is working the drive throw, needs to learn to talk to people like humans with some respect. If ur not good with people don't work in a industry that serves people. Speak to people the way u would want people to speak to ur mother!!!
