It was my first time here. The atmosphere was very inviting. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner the whole time I had my oxtail pho. He was very kind and offered me tips on how to eat it, which I always appreciate when eating foods I am culturally unfamiliar with. Amazing gem that you would never expect in Cecil County. The pho and broken rice are stand out dishes. The host is very congenial and a total joy to interact with.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pho and vegetarian broken rice are so flavorful.

Great food, great service, and good pricing. The owner Wayne was super friendly and helpful. The food was out of this world, he definitely brought his family recipe. I’ll be back for sure.
