Great place. We needed several pizzas for a special luncheon we spoke to Melissa she took care of everything and delivered the pizzas right on time. They all were great highly recommend using subworks

I ate a crab cake sandwich from here and it was very good. It's not cheap, but worth paying for. I was very impressed.That being said, they do not follow mask mandate restrictions. When I went there this year. It was very clear that they opposed it. I get it.The customer service was ok. They will bring the food to your vehicle if you are waiting in your car, which is a plus.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. rude employees. food is good but it is not worth the hassle of being disrespected on the phone . they mess up my order everytime . won’t send a new one unless i drive it all the way back . please don’t waste your money like i’ve been doing .

Aside from the excellent prices and rather nice, simplistic online menu, these guys went above and beyond! They don't carry cherry coke anymore, and while I would have been perfectly fine with just being given just a normal coke, they went beyond that and gave me an extra at no charge! Combine that with an excellent deliveryman and I gotta say they're pretty great. The only real downside is their online meal tracker isn't ideal. No GPS, which is understandable, but it doesn't auto-update either.
I ordered the southwest chicken salad under the lunch menu! Everything freshly made and yummy in the salad ! It’s nice to order Grubhub and not feel guilty about it with this healthy option ! I would definitely recommend this place for delivery .. I haven’t been inside there yet though .. not sure if it’s open due to Covid

This was my second trip to the Elkton location. My first was a 5 stars experience. This time not so much. I called in a decent sized order but nothing overwhelmingly complicated. Plain cheesesteak with fried onions on the side with extra cheese, 5 piece chipotle wings, small cheese pizza and a cherry cheesecake. Initially, I wanted some chocolate chip cookies as they were amazing last time but they didn't have any available due to the current covid pandemic. Understandable. However, the counter lady offered to make up a batch as they were available just not baked. Person in the back cooking started a bit of a yelling spell with the counter person, saying it would take 30 mins to preheat the oven and 20 for a batch so the front counter apologized for the confusion and unpleasantry. All good. Just swapped it for the cherry cheesecake, I'd get the cookies next time. Was also going to add on extra steak as well but didn't after I was informed they were "overstuffed". Anyeays, I think the cheesecake would have been a good swap if they delivered it with my order. I called immediately after I realized it was missing. Front counter started to get the ball rolling to get it out to me and again apologized. I said not worry about it and just refund the price. Said she was unclear how to do that so we agreed to a credit for he desert for my next visit and took my info down. I get off the phone , maybe 3 mins elapsed from beginning to end. Go to plate up my food and the wings were lackluster. Cold and hardly any sauce. I have a microwave but that defeats the point. Cheesesteak was cold and the pizza lukewarm. The cheese steak was delicious after I heated it and added a bit of salt & pepper but to say it was "overstuffed" with steak is a stretch. I'd say it was adequate but definitely would have ordered the extra knowing what I do now. Pizza was bland and undersauced but easily remedied with a little heat, oregano and garlic salt. Not angry, just disappointed the quality wasn't there tonight. However, I applaud the ownership of the problem, the one I made them aware of and for making it right. I did not call back with the other issues as I didn't want the meal completely comped. These are trying times for small businesses, afterall. I am sure it would have been corrected had I called again but I digress. I am writing this review not to flame but so the business can improve and do better going forward as this time was truly bittersweet. I will give them another shot down the road. Every restaurant deserves a chance at redemption especially when my first experience was A+.

Where do I start, the cheese could be a little higher quality, maybe 100% whole milk mozzarella, because it taste like a mozzarella mix or something else? Cheese tastes good though. The red onions are uncooked and fresh and diced on your pizza, and I would recommend a long slice instead of a dice for a topping? The mushrooms are small and put under the cheese, and I would rather have a larger/thicker mushroom slice as a topping? The ham is also cut small and taste good. The pepperoni is underneath the cheese and toppings, so you don't even know if you have it on the pizza, it's thin sliced pepperoni, so it doesn't get crispy and yummy like it would if placed on top of cheese, when it's baked or broiled in the oven. The pepperoni is good but I could barely taste it because it's buried under all the toppings. This pizza store likes to bury their toppings under the pizza, so the toppings really never get that broiled crispy flavor and taste of a roasted vegetable or a crispy meat. So everything so far is good, but then I get to the one flavor on the pizza that is taking over everything and that's the " sauce "... The sauce is tomato-based and you can tell that it's made from real tomatoes, but it is very sour and tart. If you like a tart sauce, then this is your pizza place, but it does- " take over every flavor on the pizza, and you're reminded of the sourness and tartness of the sauce with every bite! I would recommend adding a little white sugar to your sauce to kind of take the edge off that Sour level of flavor, and the sugar won't hurt the flavor/uniqueness of your sauce overall? The shining star on the pizza was the crust, which is almost perfect. The toppings were very fresh but cut in a small dice, and I would recommend letting your vegetables be free and wild cut, maybe sliced but definitely not small diced.? I would order pizza from here again I think because the delivery was fast and fresh, but I'm concerned about the tart flavor of the sauce! I would give my overall experience an eight out of 10, and the pizza itself a seven out of 10 because of the strong flavored sauce , burying the toppings, and a small dice on the toppings!
