Food was cold, customer service was cold and rude. The staff was too busy engaged in their personal conversations to really do work therefore, we waited a long time for our order which was also wrong.

Drive thru experience today: did not receive my receipt after paying, food was cold, soda cups not fully filled, and was given any sauce employee decided. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING BACK!

One of the employees was extremely disrespectful to me and the other customers while also going back and forth with the other employees. It took over 20 minutes to receive my food after ordering and they still got parts of the order wrong. Horrible experience. ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend.

Horrible tasting Chicken! I tried twice to eat chicken from this location. The meat doesn’t smell fresh, funny odor. I tried extra crispy and Original (2 separate visits).

The place has been updated but small . The bathrooms needs updated also.Parking: I still like the taste of KFC chicken when it's cooked right. Just not all the time it gets a little greasy.

Upon entering this KFC location, I was greeted by a genuinely cheerful cashier, which initially set a positive tone for my visit. However, my excitement dwindled as I noticed the restaurant's cleanliness was far from satisfactory. The unkempt state of the dining area left much to be desired, making it an uncomfortable environment to consider dining in.The disappointment grew when it became apparent that the restroom, a basic necessity for any dine-in experience, was out of order. This unforeseen inconvenience made it impossible to fully utilize the facilities, leaving me pondering whether it was worth considering a purchase, let alone dining there.While the warm welcome from the cashier was appreciated, the lack of cleanliness and the inaccessibility of basic amenities like a functional restroom significantly detracted from the overall experience. A focus on maintaining a clean and functional environment would greatly enhance this location's appeal and encourage patrons to enjoy what KFC has to offer without hesitation.

Came here at 9:20pm on Saturday to pick up an Ubereats order for a customer and the people told me they were out of the products for the order and would not make any substitute for the inconvenience .. wish I could 0 stars … that is really poor service please don’t offer food for delivery if you can not fulfill it .

Ordered a 3 PC original dark meat. Chicken looked like it had been sitting for a while and it was dry and flavorless.Biscuit was fresh and mash potatoes were ok.Cashier said credit card declined, when in fact she charged the card 3 cent instead of 9.95. She didn't seems to knowledgeable on what she did wrong.Revisit- not likely

Worst kfc ever. Our family has ordered dinner from this location several times and it's always wrong. Also I tried to call them with them only to answer the call and hang up. Not once not twice but 3 times in a row. I consequently called 11 times. Terrible people. Owner should be ashamed.

If I could give 0 stars I would , I went Friday at 7:15 no 12 piece available for 25 minutes I went tonight, a Tuesday ... no one else in the drive through and maybe 3-5 cars parked , for all I know they belong to workers ‍ At 6 pm Chicken should be available! It's dinner time and again I'm told 17-25 minutes for a wait ! When I told the person on the inner com this is the second time in a week they could not complete my order and they replied we have been busy ?! Mind you They did not appear busy and this is not the first time we have been disappointed by this KFC/ Taco Bell. We ordered nothing out of frustration and now know they are too busy to provide for their customers. Sincerely- Dissatisfied Customer JKQ

Horrible experience! Ordered for dine in, had to wait over an hour for my food. Was told chicken wasn't ready while everyone else got their order. Also, the bathroom was filthy.
