If I could put no stars I would!!!! I don’t understand how the people who work there still have a job! They have THE POOREST customer service!!!! We had a coupon for a meal deal white meat! I open to check the food, and I had a breast and a thigh. It was supposed to be a wing…. So we go back to tell them it was wrong….Then the man that works there has the biggest attitude like I am in the wrong for bringing back food that they messed up….then the girls working there are laughing and they were all talking amounst each other. Not trying to give me the wing!!!!! The man specially working there is super unprofessional! Needs to be let go. This is how the food Industry works. You mess up someone is coming back. I don’t understand how he had an attitude then refused to give me the correct order when you messed up!! Crazy!!!! They didn’t even give me a fork. Or napkins! This is not the first time they have messed up our orders. This Popeyes is the worst I ever have gone to by far!!!! They need to be fired and find new people. This is absurd.

Truthfully, I love Popeyes spicy chicken and their red beans and rice. However, this time we left! The prices were not compatible with what the market (Me) will bear! There were 3 of us and they lost our business. I won't be back until they realize that they will go out of business if they don't provide value.As for atmosphere, it was empty. Evidently, others think like I do.

If you would like a side of zebra ? then this is the place for you!...lol On a serious note I witnessed these crooks trying to charge an elderly senior citizen $10 for a 3 piece! Not to mention the drive thru is never open cuz they don't know how to operate it. Smh

Never thought I'd leave a review for a Popeyes but THIS specific Popeyes is terrible. I TRIED to order a 4-piece (all legs) and was flat out told no and that I had to get 2 thighs and 2 legs but I couldn't order just legs. I've been eating at Popeyes my whole life. What kind of foolishness is this? I've even ordered 4 legs from this location in the past. After arguing with the lady at the counter I just decided to leave because I was beyond irritated. How can you be rude and wrong? Maybe the staff needs retraining.

TV advertise wings for $5.99 but this store doesn’t honor the tv ad. $6.99 is what they charge and when I questioned why no one seems to speak English or understand it.
The food was absolutely disgusting. None of the food had any flavor, even the biscuits were bland. How can you have bad biscuits? The red beans and rice tasted totally watered down. I will never patronize this store again and I would encourage others to not waste your money or time at this location. I would also like to state that even if the food were free I would not eat here ever again. I just threw $40 in the trash!! ??? I wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered through DoorDash and it’s been an hour since my initial order. My door dash person is still waiting for them to prepare my order. Called four times to try and resolve with them and they won’t pick up the phone. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have waited an exorbitant amount of time for an order. I will never order from them again.

I hate this popeyes. The chicken more often than not tastes old or bland. I can only order wingettes because they come with sauces. I ordered wings and asked for flats (which I have in the past had without issue if they dont ignore me).I order today and asked for flats, the lady rudely said no. So I asked if they'd give me an even amount for both, for which she replied yes. But proceeded to give me all drumstick pieces and two flats. ?
