Ordered my coffee and extra drink 15 minutes before I arrived. Waited another 5 minutes to just end up leaving empty handed as there was only one person making drinks, whom seemed a little annoyed and was slamming things around, and one person at the drive thru. Had one person come out from the back with aprons in her hands, just to turn around and walk back to the back. After I left, I called the store and asked for a refund and stated that I was on my way to work and I couldn't turn around. She stated that they were busy and apologized. I explained what I saw and she stated that is was her that came out of the back and I was then told that she had money out and couldn't leave it. The whole experience was disappointing.

I come here everyday the staff always remembers my order even though I have a complicated one. They are always so kind and personable. Their customer service skills are immaculate. Special shoutout to autumn, molly and tia as these girls are the ones I see on a regular basis and know my name and order by heart they make my day so much better. And deserve recognition!

Drive thru is a gamble depending on what time of day you order, of course. Staff is good & the coffee is hot & fresh. It's our go to because it's a convenient location & the drive thru but not my favorite Starbucks(Downtown Newark or Wilmington)

We come to this location often but lately service has been bad. Today we had ordered and what about order came out and 10 minutes later.We waited for the rest of the order but 20 minutes later our hot drinks still were not out. We ended up having to leave two out of three drinks there because we ran out of time to wait. Clearly not everybody working was truly working to help get orders out. When it is a time of rush you know everyone should be working including the managers.

I think it's against community guidelines but...I love reviewing Starbucks and my favorite restaurant! Unfortunately, I've worked at California Pizza, kitchen and Starbucks. I must let you know that this location goes above and beyond. Since it's a is a favorable review, hopefully it'll stick. I've been to a couple of Starbucks is where they were not up to snuff and I wish consumers would know.
