Just letting you know, the prices on the board are NOT the same as they charge you up for. If you point it out, they say “oh well this is what the computer says” and won’t change it.Also have signs that say “no refunds allowed anymore” which is a bit bizarre.

We tried to order food Sunday January 14, 2024 around 6 pm. We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and not one person even acknowledged us. We were never able to order any food. While checking out the menu we noticed there was no value menu? Prices seemed really high. Probably won’t ever go back to that

I ordered two tacos and was told that they didn't have any refried beans (I wanted to substitute them for the meat because I'm vegetarian). I asked about the Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito and was told it had meat in it. Then when I got my tacos they only had lettuce and cheese but no black beans which was what was supposed to be substituted. When I came back in to ask for beans on my tacos, I was laughed at. Then I waited for 15 min just for those black beans and gave up because it took too long.It's hard to get mad because there was only teenagers there but I wish there was a manager on staff so I could've escalated my problem. 0 out of 5 experience.

Waited 10 minutes to place my order and an additional 15 minutes for my food.
30 mins in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. First went inside and there was 3 people who hadn't been helped and stood for over 5 minutes and still no one helped them so got in my car to wait longer. Take the drive to the other one, you'll get your food before this one for sure. Only person with any type of hustle was the girl in red in the back making food
