Tacos La Cabana has become my favorite place for Birria & Chicken tacos! The tacos are VERY meaty & flavorful! Also, they have their little daughter at the front in training! I thought that was so cute!

How do I get the nachos to look like the picture on the truck menu or here on Google? When I order them, they don’t come with all the toppings on the picture even though I answer yes when they ask “with everything”. The food is so good but I want all the toppings that are pictured. ?

They suck with their hours, and they are never open. It's new years eve and eleven again not open. Their food does suck to lol the steak is always chewy low quality meat as well as so fatty. The birria has no flavor as well as the consumé is literally so bland and taste like tomatoe soup.. not how consumé is at all supposed to taste.Putting it in Spanish for them bc they also don't speak EnglishThey are horrible with their hours, and they are never open. It's New Year's Eve and once again it's not open. Their food sucks haha, the steak is always low quality chewy meat as well as very greasy. The tacos were dry! And no seasoning was added to them. Their tacos are the only thing I usually get, but this time around not sure what happened. However, while the meat was lacking in flavor and dry, the tacos were abundant and I was filled up quickly. I love that it’s not just tortillas and a little bit of meat.
There was no meat in the carnitas tacos. It was all pork fat.

Take a look at any dessert you receive from this truck; we ordered two tres leche cakes that both smelled very off and had clear signs of mold (see photo). Nacho chips were stale and used liquid cheese in place of fresh, which was disappointing. Our tacos were a little dry, but the almbras dish was good. Sauces were great! It could have been an off day, but we will look elsewhere for our next taco truck visit.

This place is amazing. The food slaps, and the atmosphere keeps you there longer than you know. And that's not a bad thing. The tacos are something else. And I've been to quite a few taco spots. This spot definitely ranks up there with some top spots.
