“'Go to', old school tex mex.Update- went again on 11/18/23 and had the torta milanesa de pollo, a margarita senorita, and a dos equis. They hit it out of the park. Also asked for a side of spicy salsa, which i think might just be tgeir salsa verde...it was amazing. Even their normal salsa, the roja, that comes with the complimentary chips was so good. It had a hint of chipotle. These guys know what they are doing, and they care about their food and their customers. New favorite spot when I want a sit down place. My number one taco truck? La Mixteca Poblana on 40 in the uhaul parking lot. Thank you TexMex Burrito!“

“fantastic options for building bowls like chipotle but with more interesting options- mushrooms, pepperjack cheese, pineapple salsa, and lots of sauces to choose from. very knowledgeable and careful with gluten free accommodations, not just changing gloves but pulling out a new bin of cheese to make sure my cheese wasn't contaminated!Dietary restrictions: staff was very clear and detailed about gluten free options, and was very careful to give me servings that had not been contaminated and were safely gluten free“
