Went through drive thru this morning dated 11/25/2023 approximately 6:30-7:00Person taking orders didn't know what she was doing.Person cooking didn't get order right either.This place is getting worse every time I go there.We are regular customers, and recently the food is either over cooked, dried out or the order is completely wrong.We will start going else where.

Online order was not found when I placed it first time. 2nd time they started preparing the order after 20 mins when I was waiting in the driveway. Received it after 30 mins at 10.30 pm. No consideration and the crew memeber was chilling.

Always pretty clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. Had a misunderstanding with what was on my sandwich. Called them and the had one remade fresh for me when I got there. By far our favorite BK!

Went there at around 7 pm on Friday 7/14th got a fish sandwich and my wife got a hamburger. Both were over cooked and horrible. Didn’t even recognize what was on the fish sandwichFrom now on I will go the extra miles to Eldersburg. You lost a long time customer.

This is my favorite burger king. The people are so kind and the food is always fresh and delicious.
No greeting, no knowledge meant there was no customers, but somehow there was busy. There wasn’t even a line outside. There was nothing fast about this place. They was in the back talking chilling. All I want it was a croissant. I couldn’t even get that. The lady just said give me a second left for five minutes came back and said give me a second again and left again. I ended up walking out. I hate this place never coming to this Burger King again it’s garbage don’t waste your time

Burger King should consider the following changes:1) Buns without sesame seeds.2) Use string fries (like McDonald's). McDonald's fries are very addictive.3) Go easy on the ketchup and mayo--not too much condiments on the sandwich.4) The BK royal Italian will taste better without the marinara sauce. Consider using the chick fil a sauce. Don't overcook the chicken (too dry).5. The chicken fries are too salty.
