Don’t bother. Went to pick up food and was told twice it’d be ready momentarily. Then after waiting five minutes, I got told by the manager it was long gone and had been picked up 20 minutes prior. When I kindly raised the issue of how that happened and why I wasn’t told up front the first time around, he proceeded to throw a very nasty and inappropriate attitude towards me. Not sure what his problem was, but his behavior has been reported to the appropriate channels and will not be returning to nor ordering from here again.

Pizza was delicious. Took a long time to actually get the pizza about a 45-minute wait although it was packed it's always seems to be packed during dinner time. The customer service was good although seating took a while and the food took a while.Highly recommended the beyond pepperoni very flavorfulVegetarian options: Good vegan and vegetarian topping selections including cheeseDietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options as well

Negatives first. Bathroom was filthy. I don't hold it against them when a customer is a pig. But, if it wasn't dinner rush I think it would have been cleaned up. Pizza was a little under cooked but still delicious. Got their tempora wings. They were fantastic. Wish they were a dozen and not 6. A little overpriced but taste made up for it. Pepsi was fresh and iced tea was fresh brewed.

Haley H was our server/bartender and she SLAYED. it was a busy saturday night but our drinks were never empty. very sweet, VERY good drinks, and service was top tier. She took multiple tables while still having a full bar and that takes serious skill. go off girl!!!

Complaint and Request for Refund of Order at Coal FireI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had when purchasing a pizza from Coal Fire. Let me clarify that, previously, I was a loyal customer of another pizzeria, but motivated by recommendations and high expectations, I chose to try out Coal Fire's service. Unfortunately, my decision was a serious mistake.Upon receiving the order, my expectations were high, eager to enjoy a tasty and well-prepared meal. However, upon opening the box, I was met with a distressing sight: a pizza of zero quality. The disappointment was immense upon realizing that the pizza was completely devoid of both dough and filling. It seemed more like a clumsy attempt to imitate a pizza rather than a genuine product. The dough, if one could even call it that, was minimal and seemed destined for a significantly smaller pizza size. The impression I got was that they tried to stretch the dough to cover the requested size but ended up making it disappear completely. It is inconceivable that a renowned pizzeria like Coal Fire could deliver such a lamentable product. Besides being a huge letdown, it was also a complete waste of money and time. As a consumer, I demand a minimum standard of quality that clearly was not met in this case.In light of the above, I request a full refund of my money. Not only as compensation for the poor service provided but also as a form of respect to the consumer. I hope that measures will be taken to ensure that other customers do not go through the same unpleasant experience that I faced.I await an urgent response and the appropriate resolution of this issue. Otherwise, I reserve the right to seek other forms of redress and to alert other consumers about the lack of quality of services provided by Coal Fire.

Our favorite pizza place in MD. Get the signature sauce and stick to the pizza nothing else and you can’t go wrong.

Imagine a pizza place that only has one oven. Imagine the delay that can cause. This is that restaurant.I can't tell if they prioritize dine-in customers or something, but you will NEVER get your order in a timely manner. If the ETA says a 6:00 ready time, don't bother showing up until 7:00, AT EARLIEST.Honestly, the best is how the people at the front won't even make an effort to give you an estimate as to how long you have left to wait.

Not good. Wings are soupy (yes, soupy), and the pizza is like cardboard with melted plastic or crayon or something equally unappealing on it.

Great food, bad location. No parking if it’s busy. Good luck getting a table friday or Saturday nights if you can even find a spot in the lot to park and go in. Service is decent.

Fast service if you eat in, although pickup orders can be slow. Great and consistent food for the area.

The pizza dough is thin, so it’s light and delicious ?
