The food here left a lot to be desired. My mom got a brisket breakfast that didn’t even seem to be brisket. I wanted to like it because the people working there were really nice and attentive but the food was not great for the price. Perhaps the baked goods and desserts are better but we didn’t order any.

I liked the atmosphere. I ordered a sandwich and though the ingredients were very nice and the sandwich very big and nicely made, the tastes didn't measure up to my expectations. My friend ordered nachos and they were not your average nachos. I'm unsure how to explain it. I'm sure others love them, but they just were not what we expected. I asked for plain iced tea and was given flavored strawberry tea. It was good for a flavored tea, but I like plain black tea. They have big beautiful desserts! I may return one day for a dessert and hot tea. And the owners were very friendly and attentive.

SOOOOOO UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! It was my first time visiting Ellicott City. My family was excited to bring me to the little strip downtown. We all were hungry, so we decided upon this cute little cafe. Initially, everything seemed good. My sis ordered eggs over avocadotoast, brother an egg breakfast with bacon and French toast. All I ordered was a bagel and cream cheese with a side of extra crisp bacon and a tea. My family all ordered iced mocha. The owner NEVER wrote anything down. We ordered to go. Well, we sat and waited. SLOWLY orders started to come out. The owners children were walking around asking, "Are you David?" Or yelling as they're walking around order for Anne. EVERYONE in my party got their food. Not me?? So we kept asking. The owner claimed I NEVER EVEN ordered?? My brother said yes, she was first. Then the owner RUDELY SAYS JUST GET OUT!!!?? SERIOUSLY?? ALL WE DID WAS ASKED WHAT WE'D PAID FOR. HE STARTED THREATENING TO CALL THE POLICE? WE TOLD HIM WE'RE LEAVING!! THEN...HE looks at me and says I'll make your bagel?? UMM, NO THANKS! WE'LL JUST TAKE OUR $$ BACK! AND I SAID I WILL JUST REVIEW EVERYWHERE. YOU SIR ARE FLUSTERED OVER YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE AND JUST ABUSED CUSTOMERS OVER IT. HE responded that he'll have any review we post removed!! THE ABSOLUTE NERVE. I'D PERSONALLY AVOID THIS PLACE! THE OWNER IS UNSTABLE, RUDE, UNORGANIZED, AND AGGRESSIVE TOWARD PPL WHO JUST WANT WHAT THEY ORDER!!!!!

Absolutely adorable cafe with excellent customer service! Food and coffee was excellent. This is a hidden gem! We had the Easter special French Toast stuffed with carrot cake and it was heavenly! The crispy chicken picante and fries were perfect!

Love this little spot. Never knew it was here (not from maryland) but the food is amazing and service was fantastic. Expected a tiny little Cafe with not much on the menu but menu is huge. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and is was so crispy and so hot, with seasoned fries! Omg. So good. The guys there are so sweet and helpful! The sit in area is cute, wish it was was a bit more matching and comprehensive but can totally overlook that for great food/service. Must go if you are in old ellicott city!
Dense table placement is hard to navigate. Dining room is super loud. Service was abysmally slow.

Things felt a bit discombobulated, even the menu - breakfast items in multiple places. Stuffed french toast wasn't exactly what I was expecting, not really "stuffed", but was tasty. Eggs were not great. Food came out piecemeal. Has potential but needs some refinement.
Stopped to have hot chocolate and a treat at this quaint cafe. It was not my first time there. Everything is delicious. Hard to choose what to eat. Service is always with a smile. I will have to return to try another of their bake goods.

Excellent food and service. I stop in for lunch occasionally, and it's always a treat. It's easily one of the best places to grab a quick, quality meal at an affordable price. I highly recommend stopping in whenever your in Old Ellicott City!They are also strong supporters of the community, and clearly value the betterment of area youth. I can't say enough about this shop, and hope they are serving this area for a long time to come.
