Food was really good just a little on the pricey side. Quality was great- you get what you pay for! I highly recommend coming here for a date night.

Food was great! Service was exceptional! Didn't expect the steak strips to be that tasty, tender and juicy. Pleasantly surprised. And the seafood in the risotto was perfectly seasoned. All around a very lovely dinner.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. Hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. I wish I would have gotten our waiters name because he did a spectacular job. He was informative but patient with our group. We ordered a lot of food but some of the highlights were the calamari, crab dip and fried green tomatoes with lump crab on top to start. We all ordered steaks, crab cakes and added lobster tails…the food was delicious. Finally I can’t say enough about the staff and management they were all excellent. If you do try this restaurant I recommend making a reservation and don’t forget dessert!

I'm sorry I didn't have the great experience most people seem to have had at Grille 620. I ordered a burger, medium. My friend ordered the lobster roll. My burger was overcooked - there wasn't a hint of pink, much less cooked to medium. Then it was just bland. My friends lobster roll - $27.95 - was tiny. I didn't see how much lobster was in it, but the roll was very small, and it was not filled to the brim, much less overflowing. I asked, and my friend said that there may have been 1/4 cup of lobster in the sandwich. I will say it was a very nice atmostphere, and I might go there again to have a drink at the bar, but two bad plates don't bode well for a return for a meal. I'd much rather have good food in a not-so great looking restaurant, rather than the other way around.

Everything here is so good! They have quickly become our go to for a good streak, made even better when accompanied by their cherry rye old fashioned but they also have flavorful salads and excellent seafood. Atmosphere is lively but not too loud to make conversation difficult. Service is great, they are very accommodating to dietary restrictions.

We finally have a high-end restaurant this close to our home! The food was as visually appealing as it was delicious. Nothing was over-seasoned nor too salty - allowing the true taste of the food to shine through. We definitely plan on dining at Grille 620 again. Service was good, too, and the manager visited every table to ensure that customers were satisfied. Added bonus" Bell's Porter on draught.

I've dined here for bunch on numerous occasions with my family. The food is always delicious and the staff are attentive. However, this was my first time ordering the unlimited mimosas. The mimosas taste like OJ and water ( w/ a bunch of ice). I definitely will skip the mimosas, not worth it.

I really enjoyed my experience dining here. It has become a staple for us to visit the restaurant several times a year just for the excellent service. The managers and staff are always welcoming and pleasant and make us feel our business is appreciated. The food is delicious. I especially like the octopus appetizer. The ambience is very relaxing and fine dining worthy. I would recommend for birthdays, business, or just when you don't feel like cooking at home.

The Maryland crab soup and bread pudding was the best part of my meal. I had the salmon entree, my husband had the ribeye. He really enjoyed his ribeye. Overall the food is always good here. Next time I'll try something else, wouldn't get the salmon again.

My family and I went here for a birthday and it was amazing! We went during happy hour and took advantage of the full size burger with fries, mussels, and Thai shrimp. We also enjoyed the tuna tartar! The food was cooked perfectly and the flavors were great. Tammy and Tori were friendly and fast. We also had the brownie sundae for dessert and it was insane! A warm brownie with homemade ice cream :) we will definitely be back! The ambiance was really nice and comfortable but classy.

Place was great, very clean. The food was VERY good. The tables/seats were a bit close together, and we felt fortunate to be at a table for two that butted up to a wall so we didn't have couples on both sides of us. Overall the food was amazing and we will be back.

Shaky start, excellent finish. Showed up in time for our reservation, finally got seated 20-plus minutes later. Then no one ever came to our table to greet us or bring drinks. I turned and asked a waiter if someone could help us. Even though his shift was over he (Gabe) ended up taking care of us. Gabe was outstanding and made the evening very special for us. The food was excellent and they were able to take care of my date's dietary allergies.

Blackened tuna was not good. It was dry and tough. Chilean sea bass was overpriced and a little on the oily side. Cream of crab soup was good. Tiramusu was great. The bar drinks were not that well made. The last three times we came here, everything was to perfection; this time not.
