Easily the best hotpot experience we've had in the area. They give large fresh portions of meat, the buffet has a large variety of meats, and veggies. The soup was perfect. My wife and I decided that whenever we want hotpot this is the place we're going from now on.

With not so many reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. For seafood lovers, this is a must go to. There were so many options and so many new things to try! The combination of buffet and also specialty items to order at no cost is super interesting! Not only was my waitress very very kind but she was super helpful too! Surprisingly, I loved the vegetables the most. I have not gone to a hot pit before with such fresh vegetables. What a pleasant surprise! Their herseys icecream is great too! I have no complaints from this experience and I totally would come back. As a lunch price of $24.99 you can't beat this! Also totally unrelated to food, their music is fantastic. 10/10Vegetarian options: There is definitely a lot of vegetables to choose from. The mushrooms were fantastic.Dietary restrictions: If you are gluten free there are a lot of safe options. I really enjoyed the bone broth.Parking: Parking lot is free but there are many businesses so it does take some time to park.

If you're looking for hot pot, this is the place to go. Much better selection than if you go to the combo KBBQ/hot pot restaurants. Restaurant is clean and inviting.

Using the two same tongs for multiple types of seafood with veggies/mushroom is not sanitary. I had a hard time grabbing calamari because it was surrounded by cubes of ice, and there was a gnat flying around the seafood. I saw people being lazy and using the same tong for everything then leaving it in a random section. There's also no enoki mushroom which is my favorite. The next morning I had one of the worst stomach aches and it was not pretty.

The food is 4 stars but the ambiance and service puts this place over the top! I love the variety of hot pot food items and how it also has a couple of "hot" items like coconut shrimp, spring rolls, chicken strips, and sesame balls. There was also fruit but just oranges and melon, at the time we went. The best was the free ice cream selection was amazing with juice popsicles, variety of individual ice cream cups, ice cream sandwiches.. The only miss was the freshness of certain hot pot items. Maybe it was because we arrived at 5pm and it was leftovers from the lunch rush but I found some of the items like tofu, green veggies, and corn kind of sad looking at the buffet. Service was amazing, the servers were constantly clearing our empty plates away and replenishing the food bar. If we ordered food from the tablet, they came out looking very fresh and only took only 2-3 minutes from ordering for the food to arrive. The best of all was the ambiance at the restaurant with every table sectioned off from each other. My father hates going to the restaurant because of the noise and crowds, but we barely heard noises from other parties even though every single table was filled. The layout of the restaurant also made everything very accessible and it was really bright to see all the food selections. We were lucky to get a table near the buffet because we came early. We came here before the renovation and was not impressed, so I'm glad we tried this place again!

TL;DR +10 points for having my favorite vegetable but -20 points for trying to charge us 36% gratuityIve eaten at this hotpot spot a number of times before with my Maryland inlaws. Ive never had an issue with them until today. The food and atmosphere of this place is good. As a New Yorker, I find the AYCE selection and price for said AYCE selection to be reasonable. I also sincerely appreciate the fact that they have watercress; a lot of hotpot places dont have this vegetable for some reason. My husband and I went to eat dinner today with my father in law. So it was three adult ACYE weekend-price orders. When we asked for the check, I noticed that we were charged an auto-gratuity of 18%. I figured maybe it was because we were seated at a 6-person table (busy evening) or it’s because it’s Lunar New Year’s Day and a holiday. Which is fine, though my husband and I were actually ready to tip 20% and even tip in cash, but whatever. 18% is the new standard now anyway, so I didn’t mind the autocharge. But what happened next when the waitress came with the tablet was what angered me a little. I saw the charge on the tablet didn’t match what was on the receipt. Why? Because she charged another 18% on top of the total that already had a auto 18% gratuity on it. I told her politely but firmly, “You have already charged us 18%. It’s on the receipt.” When she looked at the printed receipt, she then took off the additional charge. Only after that did I sign for my check.I don’t like that. Why try to be slick with your patrons and have them pay so much more extra in gratuity? I can only imagine that this might have gotten some other people to have paid more than they should have and that’s not fair. And especially on Lunar New Year’s day? That’s poor behavior that warrants a full year of bad luck. All in all, I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t come again. But this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I did want to warn others.

Delicious food, love the buffet touch. Lots and lots of options including veggies and meat, you pick your broth then get to go to thr buffet to choose everything else to add to it. My husband went as far to say he even prefers it over Korean BBQ. They even have an ice cream freezer for dessert included in your price. We will return.
