They constantly mess up your order . I went there once and they said they didn't have any chicken. The quality of the food is also bad either cold or not tasty sometimes chicken comes without the skin. I will never go back to this location.

Refused to complete my order the way I asked for it. Acted like I was out of line for even asking to have the sauce and pickles on the side. Every other time I have asked for this at another KFC there was no issues.

This place never has chicken ready, and when it is ready they only have white meat! Granted some people like it, but the point is this happens to often!! Rt.40 location and Columbia near target.

Just drove by this location yesterday (10/12) and looks like it's closed for good. There's nothing in the restaurant and most importantly, the coloniel sign is gone. Hope something better comes in as this place was stupid expensive. Chicken was always soggy and they never seem to get your order right. They still owe me a chicken tender which I guess I'll never get...

You call those "Tenders"? Not so tender and tasted like a pizza box!You need to just close. ABANDON HOPE!

I should have known something was wrong when there wasn’t a line and all the other places were busy. Rude employees, forgotten food, forgotten condiments. KFC… you had me with these beyond nuggets but it’s not worth the hassle and the concern the workers are not prepping your food with care.I observed both employees with their nose fully out their mask. To be in such an upscale part of town this place is not that.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. This place never has food ready, always have a terrible attitude with you, and could care less about taking care of its customers. Should remove this kfc and put something else that actually respects its customers.
