I used to be a regular here, but after several bad experiences, my family decided not to go back. The restaurant started to decline by giving smaller portions yet increasing the prices, then lower the quality of the ingredients, they went from basmati rice to cheap greasy rice and still increasing the prices; during my last visit the cheapest ground beef was used for the kubideh kabob. Look at the picture, the meat is full of fat and it tasted rancid, would you eat it? I called to complain, and the manager asked me to take it back (which I was going to do anyway) to make sure I was not lying... Really? We've been regulars for 4+ years and this is how you treat your customers when an issue is brought to your attention? Either way, I took it back and they gave me a lamb kabob, which was burnt. There was a time this place was good, but that is no longer the case. Find other alternatives where they do care about the quality of the food and customer service.

Loved Loved Noras chicken kabob dinner tnite on my first try and definitely going back for the gyro! Young ladies who waited on me were also so pleasant.

I just been there today. 3/27/2024 Thursday picked up my order (order through ubereats) at 3:41pm. One Staff was there when I walked in for pick up. She never greeting never looked at me just say “doordash?” I said “no I order through ubereats” she still didn't looked at me and just say check the name. it wasn't on the pick up shelve or pick up area it was in there work station. I was very disappointed to Nora’s kebob. Staff should be trained. Food was good by the way. It was my second time to order the food here because I had very good experience and enjoyed food before. I will never comeback because of today’s moment.She needs to learn more to be staff anywhere.

Unfortunately, my recent visits to this restaurant have convinced me that I won't be coming back. In the last three weeks alone, I've faced several disappointing experiences. Initially, I was served pasta with a sour odor, hinting at ingredients that were far from fresh. Despite contacting the restaurant for a possible solution, I received no response. Giving it another chance, I ordered the Greek salad a week later, only to find that the quality hadn't improved--the cucumbers were spoiled. These consistent issues with food freshness significantly diminished the overall dining experience. In a final effort to salvage some of the enjoyment I once had dining here, I tried the pasta salad last night. Regrettably, I found a strand of brown hair in my meal, an oversight in cleanliness that I cannot overlook. Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene in the food industry is critical, and it's disappointing to witness such standards not being upheld here. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, leading to necessary improvements in the restaurant's practices. It's worth noting that our family has been loyal customers of Nora's since 2019, ordering food three times a week. This makes my decision even more difficult, but these recent incidents leave me no choice.
