I used to think this was the best pizza in Ellicott City. During covid-19 the manager of this location decided to force customers to risk person to person contact with their delivery drivers over a small pizza order. Disagreeing over their protocol and after canceling the order, the manager still forced their driver to deliver the pizza to collect payment and signature in person. Never been back since.Update: Seems like it's under new management, and they responded quickly so I'll up it a star until further notice as not to "harm the business."

If you want to know what kind of people own this place, yesterday, I accidentally left my wallet there. Today, I visited to see if they'd found it, & the owner returned the wallet to me WITH EVERY PENNY ACCOUNTED FOR. He also made an attempt to physically return the wallet, but was thwarted (because I need update the address on my driver license). Go Romas! Note: The food is also terrific, so be sure to give Romas a try! Thank you Romas!
