UPDATE: I think the “manger’s” response speaks for itself. Notice he did not mention anything about him being rude and hanging up on me expecting me to still pick up my food later in the day! He seems to be more upset that I had the audacity to not tip 20% for getting into my car, driving there, getting out of my car, walking in, picking up my order, getting back into my car and driving home! I rest my case.I wish I could give no stars to write this review. Have been going here for years spending A-LOT of money here. Looks like it is under new management. Ordered online and noticed I had an extra 20 dollars on my order. Called them and spoke to a very rude “manager” who told me it was for a tip! Why would I pay $20 for a pickup? Asked him to remove it and he instantly had an attitude, rudely told me he would remove it then hung up the phone. Who does that? And he expected me to still pick up my order later? I called back to cancel the entire order and he was still rude and combative! What kind of customer service is this? I called Hard Shell Crabs and Seafood instead who were FRIENDLIER, PROFESSIONAL and more reasonably priced for larger meatier crab legs! Go there instead and STAY AWAY from this place! They auto-populate the highest tip percentage at checkout hoping you won’t see it before you submit!
Incredible seafood and their Texas beef brisket is the best. Plus great customer service. One of our favorite places for takeout.

Under new ownership and it shows! Crabs are fantastic and for two dollars on most nights they are the thing to get! Crab soup was decent, oysters were iffy. But get the crab and you'll be happy!
Love this place. New owners much better. Love fried shrimp and fries. Staff very friendly. Food hot and prompt service. Bathroom clean. Wait is reasonable. Will definitely return again.
