I LOVE SONIC!!! But NOT this one!!! You'll see in my photo that I was there for 25 minutes. STUCK in the drive-thru!!! They weren't answering the speaker box. They weren't answering their telephone, There were 7 cars in line until the lead car left. Then someone 3 cars behind me left. I was still sandwiched. The guy working the drive-thru was very calm even though I was PISSED. Even though I did compliment him on his ability to stay calm and told him he was awesome before I drove away, HE GOT THE LAST LAUGH!!! He / they paid me back GOOD. Gave me the wrong sandwich (a double burger vs. a single which is impossible to eat while driving) but it was loaded with what I DIDN'T WANT ON IT!!! The manager was "back there" and was not summoned upon my inquiry. The manager was NOT coming out to tell customers why they were not being waited on. Nor did he come out to offer a time frame on service and help customers get out of the drive-thru line. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked for a manager, can't get one, and because I explain why I'm angry (being STUCK for 20 minutes with only ONE CAR in front of me) the guy decides to give me a completely wrong burger. So if you don't like their lack of service and tell them about it, you get what you get without any regard to allergies or reactions to what you bite into. Corporate will know about this within the next few days.

I get it's busy, but it was a solid 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed something, and multiple people have seen me by this point. I just wanted to order, and when I did, they were so insistent on getting my name, they never put in my whole order properly, I just wanted an extra patty on the burger I ordered. Like cmon, that was my whole order and you still messed it up

To be honest, I don't know how to respond to this FF place. Sometimes, they are on the ball, and the food is ready almost immediately. Other times when you think that they should be fast, you have a five to ten minute wait. Foods ok, Like all fast food places, it fills a spot for a little whil, however when items get to over $10 I would rather go to all you can eat Golden Corral and for $10 $15 a head you can literally turn yourself into the Michlin man...

Ordered online and it was a great experience with ease of use and pickup.
No longer serve Chicago dogs. Now they no longer provide the popcorn chicken drenched in your favorite sauce...they give you dipping sauce to do it yourself. The Chicken Slinger and Double Quarter Pound burger can both be eaten in 3 bites...they are slider sized!The person taking the order at the drive thru was wonderful, but the girl at the pickup window never spoke a word. She put her hand out for payment, never said the amount or said anything for that matter. Handed the drinks...said nothing. Handed the food...nothing. no Hello, thank you or have a nice day! Oh, to top it off, while waiting for the food she emptied the trash bin right inside the window...then handed my food to me without washing hands first! For reference: check #891535.

I placed a mobile after 11:20pm for 11:30pm via Sonic App. I pulled up at Sonics at 11:30pm for the restaurant to be closed!! Before placing my order, I double checked online to see if they were open. Online it states that the Ellicot restaurant closed at midnight. I drove around the restaurant and parked the #4 stall and pressed the “Im here” notification button on my phone. I am highly disappointed in this location. In addition to my visit not being satisfied, there was another car there I assumed experienced the exact same thing I did. That visitor was parked in a stall and began to go through the drive thru and blow their horn to get an employee’s attention. They eventually drove off when no one assisted them. Was looking for to enjoying my Sonic meal just for them them to be close before the time it stated online
Love the milkshakes here (both classic and blasts). And kids are fans of the corn dogs. We've been here several times and always have a good experience.

Always enjoy stopping by Sonics just to get a good hot dog and/ tots! They're always a good alternative to the major chains and I appreciate that you can pull up to order, go thru the drive thru or order/pickup inside.
