We were hesitant to visit this Subway when we saw that it was in a Gas Station; however, it was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and very delicious. We will visit here again.

Today, I was impressed with the young lady working in the subway. It was really busy and she was the only one working and I had to wait a long time for my food to get ready but she managed everything impressively. She was really nice and managed everything perfectly.

It's a shame I have to repost this from google review, but the owner won't bother acknowledging my complaint, so I have to post it on Yelp too... I generally am happy with Subway, and go to this restaurant even though it's further from home because they do a good job. I was last there 3/7 & ordered 2 subs. When we got home, my wife's sub was fine. I however paid extra for a BMT with double meat & double cheese. I got neither, and it wasn't worth driving 15 minutes each way to have it fixed. I made a post complaining about it & the manager Santosh Timishin did respond the next day appologizing and saying he shared my feedback with his staff, but did not offer to give me a credit for the extra meat & cheese I paid for and did not get. I responded to his email how disappointed & mad I was, (even though it was really over a small $4.00 or so), but for whatever reason it really pissed me off. I replied to his email that it would be a long time before I came back, and I thought he should give me a credit towards my next purchase. I did NOT ask for a full refund or anything, just a credit for what I paid & did not get. The manager did not even bother responding. Essentially telling me it's ok to steal my money without any problem about it. Like I said, I normally go, or maybe I should say I used to go to this Subway because they do a good job. NOT THIS TIME. If you buy something there, I'd have to recommend checking your order before leaving now. Greg H.

First and foremost the customer service is very poor and be prepared to face the rudest and unhappy staff especially the lady I encountered today. Thank goodness I left without ordering at this place. Customers beware and go quench ur subway craving at another location..

What can you say about a Subway restaurant! Well, this one stands out. The same food but a very friendly and helpful staff in a very clean serving area. The location is very convenient if you are at Longate Shopping Center. Subway is located inside the gas station next to McDonald's.
