Portions were too heavy and too big -- every course except the dessert felt like it could have been a main course. Would have preferred some lighter dishes to start. They were accommodating of dietary restrictions and the service was very good, but the richness and quantity of food gave me a stomachache for a day afterwards.

I had very high hopes for this restaurant based on reviews. However, my visit turned into a disaster. The restaurant is old and non-appealing snd their food is very bad. I don’t know what they are charging such prices for. I paid a lot but didn’t enjoy the place and the menu. I will never come back and won’t recommend this place to others.

My wife and I came for dinner for our wedding anniversary and couldn’t have had a better experience! It was perfect from start to finish. We especially enjoyed interacting with Charles. Definitely make time to go to this delightful restaurant and don’t skip the wine pairing menu!Dietary restrictions: They did a fantastic job accommodating for all of my wife’s allergies so she could have an amazing experience.

Tersiguel's holds a special place in my heart as my husband and I enjoyed a meal together here the day we got legally married. The restaurant is intimate with about 10-12 tables. My favorite thing about this restaurant is the prix fix menu with wine pairing for a very reasonable price in comparison to other places. For each course, there is an explanation of the course and wine pairing. Everyone is super nice and for a "fancy restaurant" it isn't stuffy at all. Would recommend visiting if you're interested in enjoying a Chef's set menu that changes often and tastes delicious.

Tersiguel's is equal parts perfect French country cuisine and an experiential dining event that you will likely not forget. Every course offered something new and exciting, and each detail of the sauces, stocks, and spices were complimentary to the meat, pasta, and vegetables. Tersiguel's chef takes immense care of the ingredients, presentation, and preparations. I also was happily surprised by the portion sizes. They were just the right amount. We left feeling full but not stuffed. They also had a fabulous wine menu and helpful staff to help you select the right one. Given the quality of ingredients, service, and ambiance, I find Tersiguel's to be an incredible value. What a gem! I can't wait to go back.

Have been wanting to come here for years but always in the throes of parenthood. Finally got away and it was a poor imitation of Petite Louis let alone anything in Paris. It was very bland and uninspired. It felt like the chef was tired and phoning it in. The staff asks “if you are still working on that” which is a horrible way to ask if the table can be serviced and crumbs are not scraped off between courses. No palate cleansers, wine glasses everywhere/not removed after each course, the bread is from somewhere else, the butter cold, no cheese course, the whole thing was just boring. Highlight of the evening was my cocktail and the mint tea I had with dessert which was just a crumpled mighty leaf tea bag. Even the dinnerware/table setting was uninspired. I think if you are older and used to fine dining in other cities this will be a disappointment sorry to say

Great service in a quaint restaurant. But the food was unimaginative, lacked dimension, and hardly French. The duck was under seasoned, as were the beef tips. The sauces were fine but couldn’t carry the dishes. The bread was hard and barely edible. I was hopeful for a great meal and disappointed with the quality for the price point.Vegetarian options: They accommodated for vegetarian but it was also a miss.

I've been here about five times. It's my favorite restaurant in Maryland and it's not even close. I've never had a bad course here. The waitstaff is outstanding. They're very flexible and have gone out of their way to help me in the past. Drinks are very reasonable and generous wine pours to boot. The only issue is finding parking during peak hours can be a bit of a challenge.

The 6 course meal was well thought out, perfectly prepared, and delicious. The service was excellent and the wine pairings thoughtful. We had a wonderful dinner and look forward to returning.

As usual another perfect dining experience. Innovative yet approachable. Everything was beyond delicious. Service and staff exceptional. Venue has an old world charm like nowhere else around here.

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would! The food, ambiance, decor, and service were perfect. I've never had anything like it and it was so exciting for the Chef to pick out what to eat. After the first course, I was looking forward to the rest. Charlie was very polite and explained every meal. He was even wearing a tuxedo! The girl who brought the plates out (didn't catch her name) was very friendly and recommended me a mocktail (tequila sunrise) and it was refreshing and not too sweet, as requested. I had swordfish once along time ago and disliked it. However, after eating here, that changed everything. It was served with stir fried brocolli and red pepper sauce. The lamb chop was PERFECT and tender. Every single course was so different and tasted amazing. We were impressed with the wine pairing as well. The portions were generous! We left feeling satisfied and full. We found out about this place since we read about the chapel near my boyfriend's farm. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Chef!

This is truly a five star restaurant and it is the most delicious food I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the wine paring. The courses have a flow to them from one to the next that makes for an integrated experience from start to finish. This is more than just a restaurant, and I'm very much looking forward to coming back soon!

We were impressed with the food and the service at Tersiguel's. The ambience was serene. The service was impeccable without being overly intrusive. They were willing to box up anything you could not eat at the sitting. We will go back again soon.

An excellent six course chef's menu. The root vegetable soup and rockfish with creamed cabbage were particularly noteworthy. Their ability to accommodate special needs was very welcome.

Tersiguel's was magnifique this past Saturday. Charlie described the courses wonderfully and brought nice wine pairings. The fish soup, rabbit pate, trout, lamb, veal, and dessert were all divine. The contrasts between courses were perfect: sometimes mild, sometimes spicy, sometimes rich. The portions were just right and I was just a little too full by the end, probably because I ate too much bread. Charlie and the other wait staff were so polite and efficient. I hope we can return again soon!
