Awesome interior, amazing and consistent service, and that’s not to mention the food. Best damn burger I’ve ever had in my life. Menu also lets you know what’s gluten free and vegan which is a nice quality of life feature. Highly recommend.

The service was definitely subpar. I also would make sure the bill reflects prices listed on the menu. I don't understand why a drink is listed $12 and charged $14 on the bill. I guess that is a pet peeve of mine. The burger and the brussels sprouts were good. I could do without the fries.Thank you for your response! I plan to come back. The food and the smokey old fashioned were delicious.

Great overall visit and customer service by Davina. I located this place on Yelp and wanted to try. Today, I showed up w hubby and son. Super easy to find, large parking lot, visually attractive dining area and bar. We sat, ordered, and waited a work shift for our food. We waited at least 40 minutes for our food. We ordered the following. Smoked Wings: Delish. Crispy. Steak n Eggs: Very good, well seasoned and prepared. Pear Hot Cider: Very tasty, soothing. * I forgot to take a pic of my delish chicken sandwich. Overall, super cool visit. Just gotta work on the food prep time. I may return in the future for entertainment. They host several bands, several days monthly.

This restaurant is so good! We came with a group and everyone loved the food, atmosphere, and service. Everything is homemade and you can definitely tell that’s it’s super high quality and fresh. I can’t wait to return. This is a new go-to!

Came by for lunch on a Friday and it wasn't busy at all. The 2 stars are for the kitchen, which took a very long time to bring out my salad. The waitress was 5 stars. The salad turned out just OK.

Kind of mixed here. Nice assortment of draft beers to choose. Need to return and sample more menu items. The good-The squash and beet small plate was great. The not so good-3 of us ordered burgers. 2 overcooked and 1 undercooked (undercooked returned to fix). Between the texture and explosion of juice from my (overcooked)burger, I might be wrong but suspect a lot of microwaving going on. The undercooked replacement burger was also strangely cooked as a result of maybe microwave? Having a restaurant past, I know it is possible to cook $20.00 burger temps more accurately. The best cooks should be on the line Saturday night. 3 out of 3 temperature fails is concerning. There are additional interesting items on the menu so I will return to the WOT and maybe update this review. Don’t get me wrong, it’s worth trying. If comparing this eatery to others in the EC/Catonsville area, I would give it 4 stars.

It’s a shame that this establishment does everything right except instilling in their staff the importance of public relations! Word of mouth sure can go along way but the young waitress and hostess’ attitude during my dining experience will negate me from ever recommending this place to anyone! On 3/1/24 from 7:00 to 8:00 my husband and I ate dinner here. Because the wait was going to be long, we order drinks and the chips and queso appetizer. We were given less than a handful of chips resulting in half our dip still remaining. We asked for some more chips. We were not informed of the extra charge and when I said something to the hostess she just smirked and said that was what they always do. An extra $3.00 charge is certainly not going to put me in the poor house! But, the attitude and arrogance of the hostess is certainly a deterrent for me and who ever I might know from frequenting this place again!
Came here on a Friday night to check it out. They Asked for reservations. So we sat at the bar. Place was busy. I saw some open tables. Staff took a while to come by and welcome us. Decor was very woody, hence "white oak" Staff Didn't seem too friendly. The food other people had looked good. The Wing options were not the best. They claimed to be smoked, no smoke signs out of the kitchen. Must be those "smoke bitter drops"..since the wings were wack and value for meal wasnt there. I didnt order the burger. Would I come back? Maybe To try the burgers. But for the prices, lets just say I wouldnt go out of my way knowing theres other options.

We loved that they texted us our table was ready and to see if we were on the way. The live musician was awesome - really great set and not crazy loud. Our server was wonderful - just the right amount of checking in. The food, however, was a bit on the salty side for us. We always share apps and did that again. The Manchego Fries were ok, but I wouldn't order that again. The Wings were cooked well but WAY too salty. The Shrimp was good. But the highlight was the Brussels - excellent! Would recommend for Brunch (the Bruch menu is awesome!) but don't think we'll go back for later meals again.

Excellent food, numerous good beer choices, and wonderful service. Very dog-friendly staff and plenty of room in the outdoor patio area for well-behaved dogs. Also really appreciate the focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible.

The staff was super attentive. I only wished the food was served a lot hotter! But the scallops were so good and the portions were very generous. The good cheese appetizer was delicious too. And the dessert was amazing

Shared a very nice family birthday dinner at The White Oak Tavern. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The cocktails and Mocktail we ordered were unique and delicious. The food was wonderful. Highly recommend this gem. It was our first time here and will gladly go back. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful evening.
