UNO Pizzeria & Grill in Ellicott City is now one of my favorite pizza spots! The menu offers a variety of options beyond just pizza, but the pies are definitely the highlight. The casual vibe of the restaurant makes it great for families or a relaxed meal with friends.

I ordered nachos and 2 personal pan pizza’s.The food was awful, the nachos were burnt with no cheese, sauce on it. They brought a separate dish with cold salsa and another with sour cream. Never had nachos like this before. I sent the nachos back to add more cheese …..which they did however it dried out the chips even more.The personal pan pizza’s were also dry and just not appetizing to the eye or to the paletteThe waitress was not impressive, she acted like she didn’t want to be there and totally disagreed that the food was dry. In comparison to other pizza restaurants this was the worst ever received by me. I didn’t eat it and wasted $37. This is the first and definitely the last time I eat there. So bad they don’t get a second chance and the second pizza visit would have been free. Hands down the worst tasting food in a long time.

I used to love UNO’s Pizzeria, but I haven’t ordered from this one in years. I was hesitant to order from this pizza place, this time, because the last time I ordered a pizza, it was brought out to me cold. This time, I assumed management and staff changes, would make for a very different experience. However, once again, I was brought out a lukewarm pizza, relatively cold pizza. The order was placed to go at 4:14pm and for a pickup at 5pm. I arrived there a little before 5pm. Called into the store to inform them that I had arrived, and the young man promptly brought the order to my car. However, when he handed me the pizza, I could tell that it was cold. These are deep dish pizzas, so if they’re fresh, they should remain relatively warm. There is no excuse for cold pizza. I did not contact the restaurant or manager regarding my experience, because it has been years, and not much has changed. I would not buy pizza from this UNO’s again. At least the service was prompt and the young man that brought the pizza to the car was nice, and this is why I gave it two stars instead of 1.

Great pizza, crust was awesome. I ordered online and picked up at the closes location. The entrance and pick up area a little small, but I was in and out, so no problem. If you like pizza, you definitely have to try. I would order online, it had deals, although I'm not sure if the same deals were offered in the restaurant. A little pricey. FYI, UNO pizza is available frozen in grocery stores, but the freshly baked version is best. They do sell more than pizza, my wife had the shrimp and grits, which she liked. They have burgers, steaks, chicken, pasta, salad, soups, shrimp dishes and fish & chips.Dietary restrictions: They have crust options and you can remove items.Parking: Store is located in a Strip mall, but resides by itself. Plenty of parking in the front and sides, but if you want to be close the entrance, this could be an issue, unless you get lucky enough to find a space in the front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have ramps and areas marked, but the entrance door and foyer door are not automatic.

Yummy food as always.. our waitress was sweet and made the best house salad for us! The bathroom needed attending and a manager was rude to staff. It dampens the atmosphere to hear managers not managing well.
Curbside delivery was great. Made an addition to the online order and the staff person was amazing in responding to the request. Very personable.Parking: Several spots for curbside pickup as well as dine in spaces.

Haven’t been to UNOs in a few years; basically since COVID. Was craving a deep dish pizza. We ordered a Chicken quesadilla appetizer, an Numero UNO pizza, a 20 ounce Samuel Adams, and a Peach Mule for dinner.The food was excellent and was very pleased with the pizza. Service was great, the young man made sure we were well tended too.The atmosphere was a bit drab and outdated and there was a table full of men drinking nearby basically screaming and yelling the entire time. Very annoying.We will be back.

I ordered the New Orleans Pasta. It was very tasty and plentiful. I also ordered the cornbread……DELICIOUS!!! Just ask for butter to pour on top of it.

These places are so hard to find now i’m glad they have one in EC. The food is consistently great, the restaurant feels dated inside and the staff’s hospitality is so-so at best.

The management here is so unprofessional…you can here the white lady bickering about how bad her servers are to other people…I find the service here to be exceptional the servers always try there best and when they mess up they always try there best to fix it I give them props they work there butts off just to be treated like there nothing and that’s sad this place needs new management and the servers need a raise this is so not fair to them to be treated like this
