Do NOT eat at this location. I ordered a honey lemon pepper wing order. When I got my order all the “honey” liquid was in the container and NOT on the chicken, it was as if it was mixed with water. I bring this to the attention of the cashier/owner, he says the honey doesn’t stay on the chicken. What??? Why would I want that. I have ordered this before other places with the honey on the chicken. You should disclose this to people when placing an order. I would have chose another flavor. No Customer Service!

Businesses like this are weird . They close at the 10. The door says 11. I walk in around 9:45 and they say that the last order is at 9:30 . Technically, you close at 9:30. Definitely a waste of time and resources .

I ordered and paid online. Showed up when instructed by the order confirmation, and waited an additional hour to get my food. No apology, no explanation. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

I order from them faithfully but this evening when I got my order the chicken was burned and the it tasted like old grease.. so when I called back to tell them the guy got smart with me on the phone. So I asked him how often do they change their grease he says everyday.. so I said well my chicken didn't taste fresh an it was burned so he then says what do u want me to do!! So on that note they just lost a customer

I stayed on hold with them for 6 minutes and 32 seconds. When we pulled up, the gentleman was just standing there. It was only two people in there sitting down. Then when we walked in I asked him if there was a manage or supervisor there he said, "No". I told him we were still on hold he said ,"Well maybe a customer was here." I let him know that we were sitting outside for a second to see what was going on and he was still standing in the same spot. No one was in there when we pulled up at all other than the two people sitting in there. He then had nothing to say, so we decided to leave. They are a joke!
